Why update Page Authority?

Like Domain Authority, Page Authority has served the SEO community for years as a measure of a page’s ability to rank. As the search landscape has continued to morph and change, we knew that both DA and PA warranted updates in order to better keep pace with the search engines.

Following last year’s update to the algorithm that powers Domain Authority, Page Authority will soon see a fresh new algorithm — energized by an improved machine-learned model to gauge page strength more accurately.
