Http://lsapi.seomoz.com pop up
-
I am getting this pop up on every page I visit:
A username and password are being requested by http://lsapi.seomoz.com. The site says: "SEOmoz"
I've searched some forums and see that others are experiencing it as well. The advice was to log into my seomoz account, however that did not work...any ideas?

Things should be working now. On Friday OSE and Linkscape (and lsapi) were down, but that came back about 5pm Pacific time on Friday.
If re-adding the extension doesn't work, it's time to email the help desk at [email protected].

Great, that worked thank you Ryan. Yesterday I tried that and it wouldn't work, but today following those same steps, it's working....the only problem now is, I am logged into my SEOMoz account, so the pop up has gone away, but the toolbar is not collecting/displaying any data for any websites.
See screenshot http://screencast.com/t/dprpHkHLHa
I've tried using the toolbar in Firefox and Chrome and in both cases the toolbar is installed and I am logged in to SEOMoz, but no data.
Anyone else experiencing this issue?

The popup is related to you having the MOZbar extension added to your browser. Logging in should resolve the problem. There were some problems with the Linkscape API which the MOZbar depends upon, but it appears to have been resolved.
If the issue remains, my suggestion would be to remove the extension, restart your browser, re-add the extension, then restart the browser.

Does SEOMOZ planing to restructure OSE metrics?
As you know SEO slowly turning into SEM and some metrics and numbers from Open Site Explorer are no so relevant any more. As a customer of SEOMOZ product i am warning if you guys are planning to add more value and ranking metrics according to the new ranking metrics and factors to your tools?

Domain / Page Authority - logarithmic
SEOmoz says their Domain / Page Authority is logarithmic, meaning that lower rankings are easier to get, higher rankings harder to get. Makes sense. But does anyone know what logarithmic equation they use? I'm using the domain and page authority as one metric in amongst other metrics in my keyword analysis. I can't have some metrics linear, others exponential and the SEOmoz one logarithmic.

SEOMoz SERP Overlay Vs. Opensite Explorer
This may be a simple answer, but when I search for a term and see a website on the SERP, the SEOMoz tool bar shows link data beneath the link. For this site in particular, it shows 300+ links for the root domain and for the page, it shows 8 links. When I put that website in opensite explorer, it shows the same data for the "Page" stats (8 links from 3 root domains), but nowhere can I find where the 315 links from 4 domains comes from. So my questions is why do those links show in the SERP overlay, but not in OSE? il5y9.png

Duplicate Content and Titles in SEOMoz reports
I've had to rename some of the pages on my site and also move them to different locations. I placed a rel="canonical" on the old page pointing to the new one. The reports on my PRO Dashboard are telling me that I have Duplicate Content and Page Title errors. Do the SEOMoz automated reports take the rel="canonical" link into consideration or do I need to remove these pages and do a 301 redirect from the old to the new page?

Excluding parameters from seomoz crawl?
I'm getting a ton of duplicate content errors because almost all of my pages feature a "print this page" link that adds the parameter "printable=Y" to the URL and displays a plain text version of the same page. Is there any way to exclude these pages from the crawl results?
