Seo moz crawl is not updating

When I check our seo campaign I can see that the report was not updated. It still show that the next crawl is Nov 1 but it is already Nov 3.

If it is queued then you should be fine.
SEOmoz Associates and staff do check questions periodically and would be able to either flag your question with the Help team (Associates don't have access to your account), or deal directly with the problem. This may take some time to happen though, depending on when you post and when they happen to visit.
If it is something that actually needs investigation or action from SEOmoz, then the quickest way to get an answer is to send it straight to the Help team.

I can see now that it is queued for crawling. They might have updated it already. I assumed that they also check questions tag in seomoz tools

The best thing to do is email the Help team direct - help [at] seomoz.org
I had a campaign with a similar issue a while back and the Help team sorted it out for me very quickly.

Question for Moz developers - Highcharts?

No Crawl data in dashboard
For the second straight week, I have had no crawl data in my dashboard. It seems like the crawler erased all my results in the pro dashboard. Is there a way to manually recrawl my site, since I will have to wait another week to see if it comes back to earth? Thanks

Can not start a SEO MOZ campaign?
I keep getting this message, I have a 301 from my domain to my domain with the www prefix. What's the deal? We have detected that the domain www.photosbykristopher.com and the domain photosbykristopher.com both respond to web requests and do not redirect. Having two "twin" domains that both resolve forces them to battle for SERP positions, making your SEO efforts less effective. We suggest redirecting one, then entering the other here.

Crawl diagnostics taking too long
I started a crawl 2 days ago and it was still going after almost 48 hours so I deleted the entire campaign and resubmitted it. It's been 13 hours and still going. What happened to getting initial results in 2 hours? I've never had this problem and have run several campaign crawls here. Just wondering if there is a known issue I just can't seem to find? Thank you

Excluding parameters from seomoz crawl?
I'm getting a ton of duplicate content errors because almost all of my pages feature a "print this page" link that adds the parameter "printable=Y" to the URL and displays a plain text version of the same page. Is there any way to exclude these pages from the crawl results?

Crawl complete, but nothing changed?
Hi everyone, According to my account, the crawl diagnostics were completed yesterday. However, the duplicate page titles that it mentions aren't correct. The changes that I implemented several days ago are not being shown in the report. When I click the duplicate page title links, the latest date in the graph is 3/26. However, it says the crawl was completed on 3/30. Does it take a few days for the reports to match what the crawl actually discovered?
