Mutliple language website with same keyword for different language
-
Hi you all, how are you?
I'm having a problem with a new client. His website is multilanguage, and he wanted to position his website in Google US, Google Brazil and Google Argentina.
The problem is the following: the client is an hotel chain, and for every hotel they own they have an internal website. Because each internal website is well optimized for the keyword that include the city the hotel is in, now the page is decently positioned with the internal pages, not the home. This is fine by me, but here is the problem. Each language (es, en and pt) ranks better in each country. How would you exchange links? Because I have, for each keyword, three websites, each one in a different languages.
Coul you give me an idea with this? Someone has experienced the same thing?
Thanks!

You might add "in English" or "en Espanol" to the end of your title to avoid duplicates.

Links on Charity websites?
Do links on link pages or home pages work on unrelated sites, I know if a site is unrelated and the content is related it puts a similarity in the link to helps it's worth but with just a link on a links page (5-10 other links not a directory) does this pass any power or is it a bad idea.

Creating a separate blog off our website
A while ago we purchased some domains that are related to our industry. I'm fairly sceptical about using them, but I am interested what peoples thoughts are. We are currently producing quite alot of engaging content and although it's industry related, it is sometimes quite broad and not always appropriate for our company blog. I have been debating whether or not it will be a good idea to use one of the domain names that we have purchased to create more of an industry blog that is off our website. I'm not sure if this is considered a "black hat" technique by using domains registered to us? And also whether or not Google will punish because we are blogging from the same IP address and linking back to our site ? I look forward to hearing what people think. Thanks,

Backlink from different niche
Hi, i have a question. For example, we have a website domain.IT / italy. in italian language. But, we are contracted to do link building, to down it in italy, its not easy for us, but we have down 70% from backlinks from english websites, and 30% from italy websites in italian language. Is this any danger from google, to hire any penalty, or it's not danger but only pass link juice less! btw, i see lot of brands in italy, they have mroe than 70% of backlinks from non-italian websites. the backlinks from english websites, are editorial, press release, blogposts, best of the web directory, etc.. from maybe mroe than 80% of backlinks are frmo strong english domains. danger, or not? tell me your answer if have experience on this please. thanks

How specific does keyword anchor text need to be?
I'm trying to get to the bottom of something. If you are trying to optimise for a phrase e.g. "Keyword 1 Keyword 2" And your anchor text is something like "Keyword 1 keyword 2 Another word" Does this still provide as much weight for "keyword 1 keyword 2" or does the additional word come into play and dilute the effect? If it does come into play does it have much of an effect?
