Forum link building is a very decent way to obtain web traffic. Forum links are effective referral traffic sources that also improve web visibility on search engine. Forum participation is capable of bringing visitors searching for specific service or product related to your business. Forum provides one way, permanent back links to your website. Forums are updated constantly with new topics and are indexed frequently by search engines crawlers. Forum provides valuable links to boost your website’s search impression and more impressions improve click rate. If you are looking for forum link building to improve your website ranking, you can enjoy our forum link building service.
I hope this is more on target to what you're looking for if it is please let me know and I'll be happy to put together more information for you.
Sincerely,
Thomas

You may want to mix up you anchor text a bit and maybe throw in some longer tail phrases. Having too many exact keyword phrases may do you some harm.

I wanted to throw out another idea as I am in chemical engineering and a niche business myself. Why don't you if you're not already a member of LinkedIn join LinkedIn start a group for auto insurance people need it all states but New Hampshire require it ( I learned this the hard way last week driving in FL) however you can make to the subject open to people like myself who wanted to spend less on auto insurance I bought from a company and I would have loved more information. When you post excellent content to your LinkedIn group and then have your group point to your blog it is a real win-win. I know Facebook is less likely to be gaga over insurance however Twitter and LinkedIn my opinion are the place to talk insurance and people will care.
Hope that was a help as well please remember to in your include profile a link to your blog as well as inside your group that you plan to create.
Sincerely,
Thomas

I agree with everything that Matt has said especially stayed away from paid links as their truly a last resort. I want to elaborate slightly more and let you know. You must diversify your anchor text anchor text is the URL you want to use let us say you are trying to sell toy cars and your web site has a page that is http://www.example.com/toy-cars/ an excellent way to build a link would be from a high page rank site or blog with a do follow relevant to your toy car website you would do best by placing the keyword toy cars inside the content of the website as well then making a link exactly like this
[Toy Cars/a>](http://www example.com/)
[note I can put whatever I want after the .com/"> whatever I want/">](http://www example.com/)
[here's an example like to still use this link to make sure my anchor text is perfect. What I'm getting at is always have your website anchor text say the same thing have it differ for whatever topic you are trying to rank for this makes for a links powerful combination you can practice using](http://www example.com/) http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_links.asp
now please remember when linking it really only matters if the page you're linking from is ranked at least page rank 1 and most importantly has relevance to your website to illustrate my point you in more is a you tube video I have had great success showing people as I believe the man Andrew Masanto knows his stuff.

Blog commenting and Social Bookmarking (should you choose to use these methods) should only be a small/tiny part of your overall link building strategy. Put more effort into on-site content and make it interesting and unique. Then look at doing other things like PR articles, news articles, blogs etc... Also concentrate your efforts on building actual backlinks from strong, relevant sites.
I have uploaded an (old-ish) PDF which might give you some extra ideas
However, don't take it as gospel - I would personally ignore the paid links section!

Should my images on Pinterest point to the affiliate links or back to my site?
I have a affiliate site that involves handmade boots (i.e. cowboy boots, hinking boots, etc...). I currently put pics of them on my sites with a affiliate link. After I do this, I use the Pinterest browser button in chrome and add them to my Pinterest account. It adds these images to my Pinterest account with the affiliate link. Should I be doing this or should I be adding them to my Pinterest with links to my website?

Facebook.com / referral - What is it?
Hi Moz community! Coming to you today to ask a two fold question about a mysterious source/medium combination and also social medium data in general. First question relates to the attached image named 'Facebook Referral.' We've made sure to apply correct tags to all of our campaigns, both organic and paid, and are having a difficult time figuring out where this source/medium comes from which is a bit troubling as it actually has pulled in some revenue over the past couple of months The second question is around general Facebook data. Our Facebook business manager is vastly over reporting clicks to landing pages. For instance, we saw about 1,700 clicks to site as reported by Facebook business manager, whereas Google Analytics only registered about 950. I know data between the two channels rarely lines up perfectly, but this seems like a rather wide variance. Can someone help me to understand this, and let me know if there is anyway to reduce the occurrence of one or both of the issues we're facing. Thanks! referral.PNG

Twitter and Facebook Back-link Aquisition procedure?
This is another novice question that I hope is easy to answer for someone out there. How do you get a backlink from twitter or facebook? Either Open Site Explorer is not recognizing my accounts or twitter and facebook are not reporting it for some reason. I have looked at other competitors and they have twitter and facebook that show up as linking to them. Do you have to do something special to get a link? Utah Tiger

How long until Social Spam achieves the same notoriety/problem as Link Spam used to be
What are people's thoughts on whether or not social spam will become a major problem soon, just like forum profile/blog comment spam, etc, and what do you think the search engines will do about companies that are blatantly gaming the social signals game I.E. since social proof seems to be google's answer to combating anchor text manipulation and content farms, what do you think will be google's answer to combating the rampant social spam that will surely overtake us.

Best way to capture traffic from tweet pictures
I tweet a lot from several twitter accounts, and have a lot of traffic from my tweet pictures. However, I'd like to capture that traffic on my blog. I've tried a few plug in's that allowed me to use my blog has a host for the images I tweet out, but I've yet to find one that works very well. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas / suggestions on how I could send the traffic from all of the pictures I tweet out to my blog? Also, I don't want this to clog up the home page. At one time I used a plug in that allowed me to do something like this, and I created a separate category (http://noahsdad.com/twitter) and excluded that category from my home page. There were a few issues though, the formatting didn't work well for people viewing the pictures on twitter. And the plug in conflicted with other plug ins I was running. I haven't tried it in a while, so maybe it works better now. I hoping someone out there was some suggestions. thanks!

How to get a link on Twitter box in Huffington Post?
Hey guys, got a question about the Huffington Post and its Twitter widget - see screenshot attached HuffPo seems to be aggregating links somehow under the "Top links on this topic" heading within the Twitter widget. At first I thought this was an official Twitter wdget; http://twitter.com/about/resources/widgets However, I can't find it on Twitter's site and I'm starting to think it's a custom widget possibly developed by HuffPo themselves. My question is how do I get my site to rank under their "Top links"? Is it feeding on Twitter presence or is it feeding from Google News or through something else? Many thanks in advance for any light shed on this topic Edit: Link to Huffington Post page example from screenshot Screen%252520shot%2525202011-10-24%252520at%25252017.26.54.png
