Scoring with one keyword in two languages

I would like to read your advice on using 1 keyword in two languages for one landing page.

Perhaps it's better to use the keyword in two different language sites, or what do you advise?

Well you cant use that keyword in isolation i.e. you will then use related keywords as well to optimize that page. But it is recommended that you use single language throughout the site. But as you say that this particular keyword is used in both the languages, I suggest to visit few competitor sites and see what they are doing and how.

and what if I use one keyword in two languages (english & Dutch) on the same page. Dutch people can read both langages and in this sector both keywords are used, but how to optimize?

It depends. It's not necessary that the keyword which is ranking well for a site in English would do well for the same site in Spanish. It depends upon the search behavior i.e. what people are searching for when looking for the same product or service across different regions. It is written for a PPC campaign but applies well for the organic rankings also.
