I see there's a full-stop (.) in the title of SEOMOZ's home page. Why is it so?

Run a quick test in PPC and see if it makes any difference to the CTR

It is only natural. If you watch Rand Fishkin's previous whiteboard Friday, you'd see him say "title should be meaningful to the user." This explains why they use punctuation properly.

What's better for SEO a page per review or a page with all reviews?

Was wondering what's better for SEO. We have a platform where consumers can read and write reviews. But the question is: is it better to give one page per company with all the reviews on it? Or should we have different pages for the specific company? Example: Itunes has a company page with all reviews on the page, but not the whole review. You have to click further to view the whole review (new page), at the moment this the current situation. What if we place the whole reviews on the company page, so you don't have specific pages for the reviews? Hopefully can someone help us out. Description tag not showing in the SERPs because page is blocked by Robots, but the page isn't blocked. Any help?

While checking some SERP results for a few pages of a site this morning I noticed that some pages were returning this message instead of a description tag, A description for this result is not avaliable because of this site's robot.s.txt The odd thing is the page isn't blocked in the Robots.txt. The page is using Yoast SEO Plugin to populate meta data though. Anyone else had this happen and have a fix?

Duplicate Page Title

I have a dating site, it's got a lot of duplicate page titles, most of them are the language buttons for the users to view the site in there language. but I think it's obvious that the buttons don't have anything to do with it. I'm thinking that page tittle is basically a description of what the site is. like for an example "online-dating" is this it? please tell me in terms for a dummy, how to fix it.

Why does my on-page report card say my page title is 403 forbidden when its not?

I'm trying to get on top of my on page stuff and I'm going through the SEO Moz on-page report cards and it says I'm scoring a fail on certain elements within the 'critical' and 'high importance' factors as my page title is '403 forbidden' but when I go on to my site, my sites CMS it's not '403 forbidden' it's the text I entered?

Are hyphens not a good thing in page titles?

I am pretty sure hyphens are looked at as spaces no matter what programming language you are using for text purposes. The On-page Report Card is not counting them as spaces in the page title, therefore, we're not getting the grade for having the keyword in the page title because it's divided by hyphens. Is this a fix that needs to be implemented into the SEOmoz app or should I not have hyphens in the title or does it really not matter? Up for discussion! Thanks!

How to avoid product's lists from making your site's content duplicated?

Hi there! We at Outitude, recently launched an outdoor activities marketplace and to make it easy for users to compare activities we show a list of available activities in each activity view. The problem is that though the content is different, the first half is practically identical. Example:
Sailing for a full day: http://outitude.com/en/sailing/world/sailing-full-day and sailing for half a day: http://outitude.com/en/sailing/world/sailing-half-day both URL's are different, their content is different but most of it is not (first half of the page), so that the user can compare the activity it is currently seing with others. Questions: How can we show the activities list without it ruining the page rank? Do you advise the use of "", "" surrounding the duplicated content aka activities lists? Thanks in advance.
