Is it a good idea to have all of our employees +1 our clients Google Plus accounts? This will add a few more followers but want to avoid any potential issues.

Ditto. We do this internally, but we ask folks to not +1 everything, just what they like the most etc. That is more of an organic pattern anyway.

I see no problem in this. Every page has to start somewhere and get it's first few +1s or likes. There is nothing here against Google's TOS that I know of.

This is fine. I would set up google Authorship for the employees as well so their content is attributed to your web site.

Should we add a weekly updated website blog (annotated re-postings) that mirrors our LinkedIn updates?.
We currently add original content to our website every couple of months in the form of long form articles we have guest authored for other reputable sites. We also maintain a LinkedIn company site with weekly updates in the form of annotated newsworthy re-postings. We are thinking of duplicating our LinkedIn update feed on our website as a blog in order to build more traffic and improve SEO. Hopefully the additional frequency of site updates will also help. Again, this additional content will be largely re purposed, with the exception of our value-added annotations. Good idea? Waste of time? Suggested tweaks? Should we link back to the original content source, no-follow, or no link?

Requirement full bleed image share Google+?
Hi everyone, Im sort of a Google+ nutter and I wanted to figure out exactly what is required for a full bleed image to appear for +1 share on the page itself. I got it figured out and I think it requires: canonical url og:image image wider then 506px type article or page (microdata format) But sometimes it seems that pages without a canonical url still show full bleed image when shared as link when I insert the url directly into a google+ post. My question is if this could be a cached version of the page where it had a canonical url? Don't really know if that anyone is interested but I made a simple tool that checks if a page meets requirements for having a full bleed image when share as link on Google+. Think I nailed it pretty close but can't seem to get the full bleed image to appear for the tool itself do:) Please dont ask. Google+ for Business
Google+ has thrown a bit of a monkey wrench into my SEO plans. Over the last few weeks, Google+ listings started showing up in the SERPs for my money keywords. The good news is that once we launch our new site, we have a good chance of getting into the Google+ 7 packs. The bad news is that SEO on a national level just got tougher with the local Google+ listings crowding natural listings down the page. Questions: 1. How does Google+ determine who goes into the 7 pack?

2. Is there always a 7 Pack? Can there only be a 4 pack?
3. I see Google+ listings for companies that don't have a Google+ page. How is that possible?
4. Through my keyword research, I have about 20 keywords that are triggering Google+ listings in the SERPs. Some SERPs are only showing 2-4 G+ listings. Is it safe to assume that this is because no one has put those keywords in their Google+ description, and hasn't optimized for those words on their site?0 -

Google+ Ranking Factors - Are Keywords meaningless ?
Hello Mozers! On the Conversation Marketing blog, Ian Lurie published a lengthy article called Google Plus Box Ranking Factors Report. In it, he claimed amongst other things, that "Keyword relevance of your posts: Totally meaningless. Write whatever you want. Seriously. Just make it good." What say you? Are keywords really meaningless? Thanks in advance!

Does it make sense to have one facebook/twitter account for multiple websites?
If you have several different websites with related themes, does it make sense to just have a facebook or twitter page for the company to make managing the account more manageable?
