Broad Match Search Volume
-
Hi All,
In Google keyword planner, "broad match" option has been removed. I want to know that is there any other method in Google keyword planner or any other tool or any technique through which we can find out the "Broad Match" search volume??
-
No problem Ruchi and thanks for the info. Its time to educate the clients
Broad match search volume numbers can be very, very misleading and the client should know about what broad match is all about and how it cannot help them, of course we need to first ask them what is that they want to do with those numbers. Good luck.

Thanks Rafi,
Some of our client's are asking for "Broad Match" Keywords.

Hi Ruchi,
Google keyword planner now has only exact match and currently there is no way to extract broad match search volume using GKP. If budget is not a constraint, you can run a PPC campaign with broad match keywords and check out the volumes for your desired geo-location. By the way, if you can let us know what is that you want to do with the broad match search volume, we will be able to comment better.
Best,
Devanur Rafi

Keyword Research for Low Volume Keywords
Hey friends, I'm looking for a little keyword research direction here, specifically for keywords and phrases with low search volume. I'm just going to give a recent example: I just finished a piece of content on customer experience. I began the process with some keyword research. Based on Moz's keyword explorer, "customer experience" has a monthly volume of 2.9k-4.3k. Sweet. So I move onto related queries and longer tail phrases to narrow my content approach. But just about any relevant phrase shows either a volume of 0-10 or 11-50 and very similar difficulty metrics, making it tough to choose a direction. So "what is customer experience" shows a monthly volume of 0-10. SEM Rush reports ~350 searches a month. I understand SEM Rush uses broader match, but I guess what I'm asking is: how do I perform keyword research with such minuscule volumes and such little data to differentiate? I've looked at Russ Jones' answer to a similar question here on how Keyword Explorer works: https://mza.seotoolninja.com/community/q/what-is-a-good-keyword-volume-score ... but I still don't have a ton of clarity. Any advice would be awesome!

Google changes my title in search results randomly, any idea why?
hi all, i recently noticed google changing the title tag of one of my pages in search results for certain keywords... I've done a bit of a search and see its not uncommon, however from what i can tell they usually change the title if it is too long, or they seem to change the branding location etc... In my case they are litterally adding key words to it... Example - See Image 1 - This is my main keyword - the title displays correctly See Image 2 - Another keyword - see how google has added "irrelevant" keywords to the title Any ideas why this happens? fr0PIK7.jpg sv6zWOu.jpg

Ranks moving up & Down for a certain keyword search
Hi, We had lost rankings for certain keywords completely from google's index about 5 months ago. Recently the rank for the keyword reappeared on google. But it keeps moving up and down. One day on 26th position, next day it is on 45th position, then it comes back to 30th position. This has been going on for over a week now. What is the cause of this ? can someone shed some light on it ? Thank you

Google search results
Does Google always return the results of a search query in a broad based fashion if the searcher does not use brackets or quote marks? Or, do they display the older domains of sites with authority under the broad based parameters and newer sites only if there is a possible exact match? How does Google decide which type of search results to display? Thanks for any insight. I

Is there a way to search 400+ urls for a specific keyword?
I have a large list of URL's that need to be checked for a specific keyword. I've been doing them one at a time and it's painful. Is there a web based tool out there that can search many different URL's at once?
