Lost since the change over to Moz
-
I was recently lead to a series of videos which looked to be quite helpful here http://moz.com/help/pro/introduction
But is seems with the change over from SEO Moz to Moz, nothing is in the same place. Should I bother watching them or wait for new ones?
I'm particularly interested in SEO to raise our rank.

Hi Alicia
Those videos are basically used as an introduction on how to use the moz tools.
Their basic SEO guide is one of the best out there which can be found here http://moz.com/beginners-guide-to-seo
Neil Patel released his guide recently and it's a good way to get more information about doing SEO http://www.quicksprout.com/the-advanced-guide-to-seo/
Don't be afraid to ask here, we will try to help out as much as we can.

Hello Alicia, this is Abe from the Moz Help Team. The latest version of this video is located here: http://moz.com/help/guides/getting-started I believe. I hope this helps!

I'm not sure if they are exactly the same, but the intro videos are at moz academy, here http://moz.com/academy.

Hi Alicia,
I'm not sure of the content of that video, but since it is still branded as SEO Moz it apparently got lost in translation.
Perhaps one of the moderators will post.
As far as SEO is concerned, the best place for you to start is with the Moz Beginner's Guide.

Unsolved What would the exact text be for robots.txt to stop Moz crawling a subdomain?
I need Moz to stop crawling a subdomain of my site, and am just checking what the exact text should be in the file to do this. I assume it would be: User-agent: Moz

Disallow: / But just checking so I can tell the agency who will apply it, to avoid paying for their time with the incorrect text! Many thanks.0 -
Unsolved If you had to prioritize Moz features for those just getting started, what would be your top three?
If you had to prioritize Moz features for those just getting started, what would be your top three? I have my own thoughts here, but I am keen to hear what other Mozers believe.

Best Ways to Use Moz to Increase Rankings
Hello, I work for an online retailer and I have been using Moz for a few weeks now but have had limited success so I wanted to ask how I could better spend my time on this platform. I have been focusing heavily on the Page Optimization tool which has allowed me to rank high on the Google Shopping's Free Listings but it seems to have had little to no impact on the Google All search itself over those weeks. Perhaps I'm not utilizing it properly? I tend to focus on relevant keywords with high volume as identified by the Keyword Explorer tool. Alternatively, is there a Moz tool that might be more helpful? I can provide additional details or specific examples if needed. Thank you for your consideration,

Domain Authority hasn't recovered since August
I really need some major advice on this one. Back in September, I asked a question on here as follows: "A client wanted to change their domain name, which we have now done. The site content itself is exactly the same. We put 301 redirect links in so that Google searchers would redirect from the old site to the new one. However Moz then said that it couldn't crawl the old domain because of the redirects and advised creating a brand new campaign for the new domain. We have done this but now Moz says that the domain authority of the new site is 2 (it was 14 on the old domain)." My original question and the answers I got are here: https://mza.bundledseo.com/community/q/new-domain-wipes-out-domain-authority). Generally the responses I got were that we should give Moz time to crawl the new domain and process all the "new" pages. It is now February, ie 6 months after the domain rename, and on Moz the site still has a DA of 2. It seems like 6 months is enough time to wait. We checked all the recommended guides and believe we have done it all correctly. I really don't know what to do now. Can anyone help or have a quick look and work out why this is so bad? Specifics are:

When connecting your Google Analytics account to your Moz account, Moz provides a drop-down of accounts & UA codes to select from. Where is Moz pulling those selection options from?
The list of Google Analytics accounts and UA codes listed are outdated. How can I update them to reflect the most up-to-date accounts (& UA codes associated with those accounts)?

Analytics stats not showing up in MOZ Campaign report
I connected a MOZ campaign to a client's Analytics. It seems it's connected properly with the same Analytics ID # and everything, but the stats still show 0 in MOZ, even though there are thousands of visits in Analytics for the same date range. Pls help! Derek

I recently signed-up for a new pro account. As I was adding my first subdomain everything was fine until I was asked to link to GA, when I clicked yes I got this error message: 403 Forbidden Now every time I click on set-up campaign I get taken to a page with nothing but the 403 Forbidden text.
