Campaign Slots Increasing in Moz Analytics?
-
I have multiple Pro accounts due to a high volume of campaigns and Pro being limited to 30. I've noticed in Moz Analytics that the number of campaign "slots" is 100. This is on the pricing page for Moz Analytics as well.
Am I correct in assuming that all current Pro accounts will get the features noted under Premium Moz Analytics?
If so, thanks for the savings!

That's great news, thanks Jackelyn!

Great question! For Moz subscribers at the "Premium" pricing plan (previously called "PRO Elite"), we increased the number of tracked campaigns from 30 to 100. We're hoping this will give a little more flexibility in how you are using your campaigns. Let us know if you have any other questions regarding changes in account plans!
Best,
Jackie

Why Isn't My Analytics Report Downloading?
In the "Preview & Download" section of reporting, I clicked the "Generate PDF Report Preview" and it initiates loading but it has been approximately 30 minutes and the report PDF still hasn't generated. Does anyone know why this may be? Thanks!

Creating Multiple Moz Accounts
Hi there, due to my work - and for customer service - I need to be able to set up multiple Moz accounts for each client, providing their own contact/CC info. Can you tell me if Moz allows this (I keep getting the message that I'm registered and can upgrade), or do I have to login from a different computer each time? Ultimately, the client will be administering their own account, but I want to set them up to get them started. Thanks, Alison [email protected]

How to force MOZ crawlers to search in the right area for local SEO
We do local SEO over here and so our keywords are always followed by a city name, like so: "auto repair+Springfield". If there's ever any confusion within SERPS which "Springfield" the searcher is looking for we can depend on Google to pull query location to assume it's the nearest to them (it does, and is usually correct). And furthermore, if the office ever needs to check for rankings by hand (we're not in Springfield), we just set the query location to "Springfield" and our results match their. However, MOZ doesn't set a query location. Which makes sense, I suppose, because their crawlers are up in the Bay. What I'm saying is that oftentimes there's a discrepancy between how MOZ tells me they rank, and how I see them ranking, the business owner sees them ranking, and how the customer finds them ranking. As such, we can't send them reports through MOZ 😞 Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution? Should the keyword be followed by a zip code instead of a city name? This seems like it would solve the location query problem but it may not provide the same results as service+city name.

Moz crawls
Hi all! I'm running two separate campaign crawls at the moment that I'm having a few issues with. The first is http://www.muchbetteradventures.com/. I'm tracking this at root to try an pick any problems with a previous version of the site, which is on the v1.muchbetteradventures subdomain. However, I'm only seeing 100 or so pages as being crawled in Moz, compared to thousands in Google. There's no access blocked alerts in Moz either. The second is http://www.sothebys.com/. I started this crawl at root a few days ago and no pages at all have been processed. Very odd! Any advice would be much appreciated.

Is anyone else seeing that their keyword rankings are pending even though they've been in the campaign for quite some time? Is this a known issue?
