I already have a campaign registered in moz, but it does not appear when I open Moz Analytics, as I proceed?

I received an email suggesting you upgrade to Moz Analytics, however to do the procedure my existing campaign stopped appearing and I can not access it, how should I proceed?I need back to Pro?

I had the same problem. It showed after a few hours, and now I have to wait 24 hours or so to populate with data.

It may not be in Moz Analytics yet but it will be. When I first switched, only 4 of my 5 campaigns appeared. So i kept having to switch back to Pro to access the fifth one. Eventually it too got updated in Moz Analytics.

Moz Bar not providing any data. Tried logging out/back in and un/re-installing, but no dice.

Used Mozbar for a long time, and normally works fine. Suddenly finding that it is not providing any data. All of the fields are there, but it does not provide me with PA/DA, etc, and all social metrics are at 0. This is across all sites, not just on in particular. Have tried logging out and in, deactivating and activating, and reinstalling. Nothing has worked.

How does a non-traditional TLD impact Moz's crawl test?

I have a client who moved from a .com to .academy domain 6 months ago, and their current crawl tests are coming back with a universal page authority of 1, along with 0 indexed backlinks. The previous version of the site had an average page authority of 35-40, the site architecture and content are nearly identical, and there are no other errors or red flags in the crawl report that would hold back their organic rankings. In fact, looking at the site's analytics account, I can see dozens of sites that provide current and properly functioning backlinks, non of which are listed on the crawl test. So the question is - is Moz currently unable to properly crawl a .academy (or any other non-traditional TLD) site, or is there some deeper issue with the site's SEO that I'm not seeing? Thanks!

Moz Bar Not Showing DA?

Hello all, This could be something to do with our site or the Moz bar on Chrome, I just need to know which it is so if it is our website we can look into it further. On certain sections of our website the Moz bar doesn't display any Domain Authority, not even zero, the bar just isn't present. These types of pages are php which pull in data through a feed daily. Speaking to an SEO expert they said it could be where the page is being updated so frequently, or it could be something more sinister and technically not quite right. Does anyone have any ideas? Is the Moz bar just not working for these types os pages or is it more likely something to do with my site? Ironically it's these pages which I'm having trouble with that are not showing in SERPs! Moz Crawler not Identifying all Duplicate Pages

Duplicate Page Title query in the PRO Campaign tool

Can someone help me on this. I am seeing duplicate page titles on the PRO Campaign Crawl tool on an ecommerce site for example MOZ is saying that these two pages have a duplicate page title: http://www.cheapsnapframes.co.uk/colour-25mm-snap-frames/25mm-green-snap-frame/a0-traffic-green-snap-frame-25mm/prod_1730.html http://www.cheapsnapframes.co.uk/snap-picture-poster-frames/colour-25mm-snap-frames/green-25mm-snap-frame/a0-traffic-green-snap-frame-25mm/prod_1730.html They are the the same product in two categories. Open Site Explorer Broke Still?

Its been a couple days now, and a bunch of the useful open site explorer features are still down... Is this something that you are working, were the features taken down or is it just being neglected? Prior to posting this, I tested on multiple browsers... Windows 7,8 & a Mac Specifically, the criteria below prompts "oops something went wrong" Inbound Links Tab : Drop downs for, "Show Links", "From Pages", "To This Page" Top Pages Tab : Broken Please Advise

Is Moz Analytics still available to all MozCon attendees?

I thought all Mozcon attendees were going to get access to Moz Analytics even after the convention was over. I can't seem to find were to access it from my campaigns manager dashboard and the Analytics landing page says im on queue to get access.
