Using Multiple Locations for Google Business/Maps

Hey MOZers,
I currently work for a company with several other offices in other countries.
Is it possible to set-up Google 'Business' and Google 'Maps' pages so when a user in a given country queries 'our business' on either Google 'Search' or Google 'Maps' they will receive the relevant business information for that country.
For example, if an internet user in Canada enters a query for 'our business' in Canada (and we have an office in Canada) is there anyway to set up our Google Business page and Google Maps page so that user receives the contact information for the Canada office, rather than the US office?
Conversely, if someone in the United States enters a search query for 'our business' is there a way to set it up so that the user receives our address in the states?

I believe what you are describing is Google+ Business Pages and Google+ Local Pages (the pages that replaced Place Pages a couple of months ago). If I've misunderstood, please correct me.
Right now, multi-location businesses are having all kinds of trouble because Google has not yet truly clarified their policy on this. According to Google employee, Vanessa Schneider:
"“Be sure to choose the Local category so that we can bring your multiple pages together to create one listing later on.”

As I read this, Google intends, in future, to offer easy management for multiple locations businesses from a single account, but how they will do this is still really up in the air. If you will look at the Google and Your Business Forum, you will see tons of business owners asking about this. Example:
Now, the one aspect of your question about which I'm not totally clear is your concern about Google presenting local results to user groups based on their country of origin. Google should do this. Maybe you could describe what is currently happening with your Canadian vs. US-based searches. If there is a problem you are noticing, could you please describe it as fully as possible? Thanks!

Hey JP - yes you can set up multiple Google maps. I supported a few local business owners who even had the same business name all in the same city (Anytime Fitness - 4 in my city). The differentiator is that each has a different address and contact information.
Therefore you can "verify" this business with Google when setting up the business and maps listings. BTW - they REQUIRE you receive a postcard now at the place of business to verify - no more text or calls.

that depend from Google and the relevance of your site. you can be indexed in both (map and your normal site address) and yes. Google will show result of your site in Canada if you search in Canada, or USA if you are searching in USA. Bare in mind that the relevance of a web site can be affected sometimes.

Instagram for small manufacturing business?
Hi all, We're a small business based in the UK that manufactures a range of PVC strip curtains and rubber site safety products. We have a presence on twitter, facebook, LinkedIn & google+... I've been considering Instagram for a little while now as I know we would have plenty to post (strip curtains are seen in multiple industries, it'd be great to post unusual applications that we've supplied to...) but I'm wondering what experience anyone has had with Instagram in an industrial manufacturing business... Is the audience there or would it be a waste of time for us? I've briefly looked through # but I'd like to know first-hand experiences!

High Profile Entity (Actress) w/ incorrect Birthdate
I would like to see if you have any recommendations on a unique case that you might be able to advise me on. I have a high profile client who has the knowledge graph appearing for her keyword. This client is from another country originally - Denmark . She now lives here in the USA and is working on her acting career with very well known actors. On her knowledge graph, her birthday is displayed incorrectly. I have proof of identification of client. Based on my research, it looks like Birthday typically is tied to Wikipedia Page. Client does not have a wikipedia page in google.com but previously had one in google.dk. Her page was taken down on google.dk because of users (journalists) adding gossip and false information to her wikipedia page as well as false stories - all in another language. After being attacked online by gossip magazines and journalists, they have posted (jealous women) content making my client seem as if she is much older than she is. At this time, what is displaying on the knowledge graph makes her 20 years older than she is. Any ideas on how we should approach this. She reached out to google and provided documentation but nothing has changed. Based on what I can see this information is directly related to the google.dk information formally posted online. Since wikipedia is now down, her birthday still appears incorrectly. Any recommendations on how to resolve this issue with Date of Birth. Thank you

Using Schema.org Organization Markup for Logos
Google is currently showing an old version of our company logo (sourced from a different website) in the righthand-side knowledge graph box on SERPs. I would like to try and get our current version of the logo there instead, ideally linking back to our official site. I've been looking into Schema.org's organization markup as a way to specify our preferred logo to Google. However, our obstacle is that we don't have a version of our logo image sourced directly on our homepage; it's part of a global navigation CSS stylesheet. Two questions: Is it okay to upload a new, high-res version of our logo image file to the server and apply the markup code to that version of the logo instead? This might mean that it's a non-visible element, since the new image file wouldn't technically be part of the page layout. Alternatively, should we try applying the markup via meta tags, as outlined in this article:

Rep Management with Google+ > Help Needed
My client, Pareto Law, have set themselves up with a Google Local Business listing:

https://plus.google.com/+paretolaw, and when searching for the Pareto Law brand this page appears a bit like a site-link under the main search result. I've noticed that other companies, such as moz.com, have their G+ page ranking seperately on page 1 of the SERPs. This is especially important for my client, as we're trying to push down other sites rankings for our brand. In an ideal world I'd want only their twitter, G+, linkedin, & facebook pages ranking amongst wikipedia entries and the like, as opposed to forums discussing my client. The question is, are Pareto Law able to set themselves up with a G+ business page as well as the G+ local listing page they presently have. Is that an acceptable setup, or are you supposed to have just one or the other? I'm struggling to differentiate between the 2.0 -
Problems with changing blog from example.com/blog to blog.example.com
Currently we have a Wordpress blog on a domain subdirectory ie example.com/blog. We are possibly going to change it to blog.example.com in order to move it off the server for security reasons. I know it benefits the sites SEO as a whole to host the blog on a subdirectory instead of a subdomain, but I am wondering if there is a best way to make this move if we have to? Any thoughts are welcome.

Greetings Mozers! I'm looking for a specific Twitter tool. Here's what I want the tool to do : Save a list of hashtags I want to keep up with. Google+ business pages and Schema.org
Hi All, I'm an SEO for a company that runs a number of brands. I'm in the process of setting up the Google+ pages for these brands and decided to watch the Microformats & Schema.org - Real life Use Cases - Mozinar by Richard Baxter and the Online Reputation Management: Branding for SERP Domination Mozinar by Rhea Drysdale to help understand the best way to achieve this. One of the suggestions by Richard Baxter was to include the authorship schema.org, but I can't see how this can be done for an organisation instead of an individual. My question is, how do you manage authorship when your not able to link websites to Google+ business pages, only profiles? How have you managed this on SEOMoz for example? Hope you can help.
