Google penalty removal expert questions
-
We have searched online for a Google penalty “expert” (individual or company) and have located what appear to be “experts”.
Please provide feedback on the following 2 individuals/companies we have found that can help with penalty removal.
Have you or one of your clients used either of the “experts” below?
What were the results?
How many disavows and reconsideration requests did you/they have to make?
1.www.penaltypros.com . To give a quote and to see what your links are they use links from Google Webmaster Tools only.
Penaltypros.com disavows first and then removes bad links second. This is opposite of what Google and Seo’s recommend but penaltypros.com claims 100% success using this non-traditional approach. See imgur.com link for screenshot.
2.http://www.hiswebmarketing.com/ To give a quote and to see what your links are they use links from https://ahrefs.com/ only.
Please provide any and all feedback on the above 2 “experts” and also post the websites, individual names, company names of those that you consider Google penalty removal “experts” so that we may obtain a quote from them.

Thanks for considering Penalty Pros to assist you with your Google penalty.
Whilst I obviously believe strongly in our service, we can equally vouch for Marie and her team - they do great work (and I can't say that about many...)
All the best!

We received an email from Google WMT on April 7th, 2013 notifying us of a manual action taken against our site due to unnatural inbound links. Our SEO company at the time (a very well known SEO company) didn't respond to any of our emails or phone calls about the WMT notice for 3 days, and then finally told us to "just ignore it". Our rankings plummeted and after much searching we found Marie. We hired her on May 29th to handle the penalty which was finally revoked on October 4th. Unfortunately we were hit by the Penguin update on May 26th and didn't get our link profile cleaned up in time for the October 4th Penguin update. So we're still penalized.
We had to submit about 5 reconsideration requests in all. When Google rejected our 4th reconsideration request they gave us an example URL that wasn't reported in WMT, or in any of the other link reporting tools (sneaky Google). But Marie used the link as a clue and found 5 other URLs with the same scraped content. We quickly got those links removed, submitted another reconsideration request, and voila, the penalty was revoked. It definitely took a lot of work.
Marie is very knowledgable as a link analysis and penalty expert and is deeply committed to her customers. The nice thing about working with her is that you pay her once, and she will work until your penally is revoked, no matter how many reconsideration requests she has to file.
I highly recommend Marie and hiswebmarketing.com
Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Thanks for the kind words Michael.
Your site was one of the most difficult ones that we have dealt with. For some reason Google was extremely picky. But, I think that it was important that Google made us find close to ever possible unnatural link. We're already seeing improvements in your traffic and I expect that when Penguin refreshes you'll see even more.

Thanks for including us in your search! I just wanted to clarify one point. Although we base our quotes on the number of linking domains listed in ahrefs.com, we use links from every source we can find including WMT, Majestic SEO, Open Site Explorer and our own tool that finds links that are in the Google index but not in the above mentioned backlink checkers.
I'm happy to answer any other questions you may have. We do honest work and we are very good at removing penalties.

I inherited a nasty case of bad link building and 3-way link schemes I had to deal with midway through 2013. I carefully vetted dozens of "experts". I went with Marie and her team at hiswebmarketing.com and have have no regrets.
The manual process they use is strictly by the book. You'll also have an opportunity to review your bad links to make sure you don't lose any good juice. Considering all of the manual labor and documentation required, I think their price was more than fair compared to the competition. I thought the penalty was a death sentence but it's been revoked and I'm back on page 1-3 (depending on market) for the main keyword I was penalized for.
I'm pretty confident that if you go with hiswebmarketing.com your penalty will get revoked.

What Google Analytics Data to Share with Potential Website Buyer
Hi Mozzers,
Industry News | | emerald
We have contacted our competitors to let them know we would like to sell our website (domain and all content). One of them has asked for Google Analytics data. Which parts of this and how is this data best shared in such a case? As this is the opening of offers, I'm assuming some kind of PDF export with a summary of some Analytics data is sufficient to see who is serious. Then for those who are serious more data could be shared. Or is it ever ok to share your full Analytics with a competitor? Would love to hear what data and best practises are used to share this kind of information. Thank you.0 -
Now that Google is no longer publicly displaying Page Rank updates, how will this effect Moz's ability to calculate DA and PA?
Hi, How much more important do you guys think that Moz's Page Authority and Domain Authority metrics are going to become now that Google has stopped giving people public access to a site or pages Page Rank? And how accurate is PA and DA as a measurement in comparison to Page Rank..so for example if I was seeking a guestposting opportunity and saw a site as having a PR of 4....if I now looked to Moz's Page and Domain Authority metrics instead...would that still give me equivalent information on the strength of that domain and thus make a judgement on whether it will be a worthy site for a guestpost.. I guess what I am asking is, how close is now looking at Moz's metrics (ie. a third party company) to the info on PageRank that was being updated by Google themselves? Also will the lack of updated public PR info from Google effect the ability for Moz to calculate PA and DA?? Look forward to your replies on this,

Is LittleBlackDress.co.uk under penalty?
They are a client who has been hit pretty hard by Penguin 2.0 after we were just starting to grow in April. I am getting different opinions from SEO different agencies and I'd rather ask "the Moz community" 🙂 www.littleblackdress.co.uk

Does Google still have a standard search result? How can I get it?
I have heard a lot from the experts that there are no "Standard" Google search results anymore. They said that most of the SERP's of Google that show up are customized/tailored for each individuals even if they are not logged-in using their Google Custom Search. My questions are, Is there still a way to retrieve the standard Google search result? How? Are these scripts will be helpful when searching on Google? *webhp?

So, Google is the best site on the internet.. Right? Or is that just what most people tend to think off-face?
LOL woah, put the guns away. I'm not about to rant, I just have a question and wanted to present it well. Then again, I might have actually found some easy fixes to some of Google's tools that they could make. So here's the thing. I noticed how annoyed I always getting when I have to sign in every time I go to the adwords keyword tool, or analytics. Why do you have to sign in a million times? I think it is a problem that can be fixed because if you go to check your webmaster tools, you go straight into your account, where you can then select which site you want to explore. It knows that I am already signed in to Google Accounts when I go to webmaster tools, but it doesn't recognize that fact when I go to my Analytics account, or to use the Adwords Keyword Tool. Now, every site has things that they need to work on, but not necessarily that need to be 'fixed'. Google being so commonly accepted as the best site on the net, I thought it was funny/interesting at the least to point out the problem. Even funnier is the fact that I could submit it as a problem to see if they could fix it or not, but they do such a good job of making it hard for people to contact them, that A) I don't feel like wasting my time trying B) I don't even really know if it is possible to do that. Also, why is there no official Google Analytics App / Mobile site?? Google has been pushing how important mobile is to us webmasters, but then it doesn't seem to be very high on their priority list for the tools that we use. I mean you can't view graphs on phones / tablets (mine at least), in webmaster tools, OR google analytics. Also, its a pain in the but to click the sign in button on Google Analytics when using my phone / tablet, it disapears really fast for me (needs more research from others to see if everyone has the same problem) Thanks for the interest / answers everybody. Look forward to hearing from you guys. Also, tips and help would be nice if anybody knows a solution to my sign in issue

Anyone else know much about the Google Pirate penalty?
The Google 'Pirate' (no official name) seems to have gone largely undiscussed since it was launched last - Fri 10th August http://insidesearch.blogspot.co.uk/2012/08/an-update-to-our-search-algorithms.html. The idea of it is to ensure those 'Pirating' content or abusing trademarks e.g. fake ugg boot sites and file sharing sites do not appear higher in the search results than the genuine websites. Google is using DMCA take down requests for labeling sites as Pirate and demote their rankings, Im amazed not even seomoz has covered the subject yet as far as I can see, yet it is a hugely important new update, albeit affecting a relatively small number of sites now, and in some cases (at least one I know first hand) seemingly without justification (the example I know is not a file sharing, fake goods, trademark abusive site at all.) Google updating its search algorithm based on DMCA take down requests seems a bit strong - these are takedown requests, not legal proof that a site is infringing a trademark. A real weapon for negative SEO? Anyone else had experience of the pirate update or know much more about it? Outside Danny Sullivan I dont see many SEO folk covering it. Heres my own insights into it and what ive learned about what (only innocently) affected sites should do to appeal http://www.andy-maclean.net/the-google-pirate-dmca-guidance/

Google driving me Nuts - How do you combine 2 accounts?
I know this must be driving a lot of other people mad as I see loads of people who now have 2 registered accounts at google plus due to their seemingly terrible ability to merge or connect accounts. We have a work email address set up through google, then I have a personal Gmail address. In Google Plus now I have 2 profiles - even though I have not signed up to google plus with my work email, I cannot add this email to my Google + account set up on personal email as it just tells me to log into that account taking me to a page to set up a profile for that account. Has anyone managed to solve this problem - it is happening to everyone in the company, driving us all nuts and our IT guys have no idea how to solve it. Were trying to use G+ for the purposes of SEO & Marketing, but if they make it this cumbersome for people to use, then they are going to die a quick death - after a few weeks of use and noticing the huge number of dead accounts, only live accounts being SEO/Internet Marketing related, and huge number of duplicate accounts, I think their user figures are hugely suspect! Rant over - anyone know how to merge accounts?
