Reactivating an archived account not working

When I go in to re-activate an account, it doesn't do anything. I've got three active right now, but when I push the Activate button, the loading gif shows, disappeared, but doesn't do anything.

I'm having trouble with this as well but the 'ticket' link in the previous comment doesn't work. Not sure best way to get in touch but I'm trying to reactivate an archived campaign and it says I need to upgrade my account. I currently have 4 active campaigns so I should have room for 1 more. Thanks.

Hi Ben and Federico,
There's currently a bug with archived campaign reactivation our Developers are working on. Unfortunately I don't have an ETA for a deployment of a fix on this. The best thing to do in this case would be to send a ticket into support so we can dive into this for you. This way you can provide us with the campaign(s) in question. Thanks!

Unfortunately, I experienced that issue in the past and had to create a new one instead. Write an email to moz help to see if they can reactivate it for you: [email protected]

Why even after having premium account we are not able to add more than 30 sites?

Anybody know how to merge an old inactive Moz account with a current live Moz account?
I had an old Moz account with my name, profile, etc. that I don't want to lose. By accident, when I created my current subscription, I ended up creating a brand new account. The old account has my bio, Moz points, etc. that I don't want to lose, but the new account has my campaigns. Any way to bring the two accounts together?

Had to reactivate my account and now my campaign is completely gone -- eeek!
Hi, I recently had to change my bank and forgot that my payment for my moz PRO subscription was automatically deducted on a monthly basis from the older bank. I just realized this recently and have switched over my payment card to reactivate my account but now I see that my campaigns have been wiped as well. Could you please please please, reactivate my past campaign. There was so much history/past information there and I won't be able to recreate it to see the changes in the campaign and measure progress! Please help! I would really appreciate it.
