International Re-sellers Scrapping My Site Should I be Worried?

We are a USA based company and we only sell direct to the US and Canada. However, we have partnered with other companies that are now distributing our products in other places like Australia and Mexico for example. These partners have scrapped our site and have used large chunks of our content to create a website for themselves on their intentional domains (ex.. .au and .mx). How concerned should I be about this? Should I reach out to them and require that they use rel="alternate" hreflang="x" or request the to stop? I have never had to deal with international SEO issues before, so any advice and direction would be appreciated!

It's highly unlikely that someone using your content would outrank you for your own content in English in the US. It usually works the other way around - others are commonly filtered out in favor of the original publisher.
You could, in theory, use hreflang tags. This isn't really the intended use, so I'm not sure what the results would be. In order for it to work, you'd both need to reference all the other versions of the page from every pageeither in a sitemap (better idea) or in the . E.g. you point to them as en-cn and they point to your page with en-us and en-ca. Unless you have some extraordinarily savvy partners, this is probably going to be a mess.
Your partners can help avoid the mess above if they go into Webmaster Tools under "Search Traffic >> International Targeting" and choose a location they want to target. All of this is likely unnecessary if they have (for example) a .cn domain and you have a .com domain. Google will probably figure out the most relevant page to show on its own. That's what you're looking for, if I understand correctly.
If you have US/CA partners, your options are more limited, and there's less room to mutually benefit. You can request they canonical back, but that completely eliminates their ranking ability. You could request a link, but even that request might not go over well. (I wouldn't do it) Amazon often outranks the original product sellers - and that's just the price you pay sometimes when you sell through others.

Sneaky redirect happening on my wordpress site.
On my site, gosandiego.com I have a couple links at the top which directly link to another site. However, I noticed that when I click on the link, it seems to go to another site for a few milliseconds before being redirected to the correct destination. It took a little while but I was able to take a screenshot of the sneaky redirect. It starts awin1.com/awclick.php... I am fairly sure that awin1.com belongs to Affiliate Window, an affiliate marketing company much like Commission Junction but smaller. I just had someone email about my site and said the link redirected on him too but his browser got sent to viglink.com I was wondering, Has someone hijacked my site or has someone hijacked my browser or is it something else? KWs for review site: target *product* or *product review*?

Goal: increase organic targeted buyers traffic on a review site.
What I'm working on now: page optimization According to Google's Keyword Tool usually the keyword Product has 50x searches than Product Review. If you haven't tried it before you don't know how weird it sounds inserting too many times the keyword Product Review inside an actual review. Given that my goal is to increase organic targeted buyers traffic on a review site. My questions are: Do you target product or product review? If you target product review does it make any difference if I insert the keyword product review in sidebar, menu, footer, breadcrumbs instead than in the actual body of the review? What is best? Body or surrounding? Getting back-links on a blog is fairly easy. What is the right way to link to your main site?
Hi, we have a system for tracking the leads that comes from a specific affiliate website. each affiliate has a unique tracking code. not only for affiliates that work with us but also for the SEO team has an affiliate tracking code so our bosses can track the leads and traffic that come from the activity of the SEO team. this means, links towards our website look like: www.mydomain.com/?t_src=campaign&t=AFF&t_cre=links&A=371 www.mydomain.com/?A=371 I have few questions about this: 1. This is the right way to link to my company site? How dose google crawl those link? It's can harm the link value? 2. Amazon Links destroyed my rankings, I removed them, will my site recover?
Hello, Last week I got the glorious idea to put amazon affiliate links on my website. I didn't put a rel=nofollow on them or deindex the pages they were on. Precisely I put some reviews and 10 different amazon links on one page and I put that into my navigation so all inner pages were linking to that page. When Google crawled my page again, I had a 60% traffic drop. 3 days later when I found out what caused this (amazon links) I completely removed the site containing those links and removed all links to that page from my site. Now my rankings are still down, will my site recover from this or is it lost? And how long would you think it'll take?

Will giving a blogger an affiliate url to my site reduce her links' seo value to me?
If a blogger were to write a post about one of my products and link to my product page, would giving her an affiliate url to link to rather than the normal link spoil the seo value of the link? So instead of mysite.com/product-one it would be mysite.com/affiliate/blogger/product-one Google would think... this is a transaction not a vote of confidence?
