shucks thanks Egol
I can honestly say, that without a doubt, BowlerHat.co.uk is the most kickass awesome SEO company on the planet, but... it's my business, so I may be biased.
I have been in the game for 12 years now one way or another and we do our very best to help. There are some areas where we have a lot of experience and others where we are not so well versed but certainly, fire over a question, I will do my best to guide you and if we work together, you will certainly get an experienced, committed and (often over) enthusiastic service. If we are not a good fit I can certainly help point you in the right direction so you can avoid the many perilous pitfalls and sharks in the SEO services world.
We tend to focus on a content driven approach and I have a bit of a thing for diagnosis technical SEO issues so we can generally provide help with problems and help lay out a content driven strategy for doing well in the long term. We also provide some link building and social services as part of the big picture.
Anyhow, happy to help so fire over a question to my email and I will get straight back to you.
All the best!

US and UK Websites of Same Business with Same Content
Hello Community, I need your help to understand, whether I can use the US website's content on my UK website or not? US Website's domain: https://www.fortresssecuritystore.com UK Website's domain: https://www.fortresssecuritystore.co.uk Both websites are having same content on all the pages, including testimonials/reviews. I am trying to gain business from Adwords and Organic SEO marketing. Thanks.

Newbie: .co.uk site redirecting to .com.
If I run a Moz report on the .co.uk site I get a domain authority reading but if I do the same on the .com site there is no authority. How do I get authority passed to the .com (the domain name is the same in both cases)

Sudden drop in ranking google.co.uk ranking
Anyone else had any sudden drops in rankings this week? Is there an update going on? One of my primary keywords has dropped from 6th to 49th in the google.co.uk search results. Not in webmaster tools to flag an issue. I have downloaded the links from webmaster and it does look if some content has been scraped and then linked back to us from a large number of sites that we have never sort links from. I have upload the google disavow link tool. Only one keyword appears to be effected not all of them? Any ideas? Thanks

Impact issues when switching from .com to uk
Buon Giorno from wetherby UK 5 degrees C and rivers bursting their banks everywhere 😞 This site http://www.sandtoft.com/ has requested a switch in url forwardfing in that they want the following to happen: When u enter the .com url it forwards to the .co.uk domain (the opposite from what it is today ie when you eneter .co.uk it switches to the .com url) So my question is please... "Will changing the .com url to .co.uk via forwarding affect SERPS in any significant manner" My view is the impact will be a minor dip in the serps followed by a recovery. Any insights welcome 🙂

How to make a .co.uk work in the US
Hi Anyone out there got any tips on the best way to get a .co.uk working well in Google US? We have a Travel site working fantastically well in the UK for some very competitive keywords. It is ranking okay for the same keywords in US but nothing particularly great. Any tips on bespoke activity to drive the ranking for the site in the US without undermining the UK rankings. Thanks Pete

UK and US subdomain. Can both rank for some keyword terms?
One of my clients has one root domain http://www.website.com and there are two versions, the US and the UK. So there are two subdomains uk.website.com and us.website.com. Both subdomains contain similar content/landing pages and are going after the same keywords. One site is supposedly crawled by UK crawlers but still shows up in US-based SERPS. Will Google take into account that both subdomains are going for the same keyword terms and only rank one of them? How is this kind of thing handled?

UK and USA site versions
We have a UK site selling our product and we are due to appoint a reseller in the USA, they require a .com domain, which makes sense and they also would like to see American spellings etc and currency. also we feature heavily in pubs and they want this referred to as "bars" so there are a few tweaks here and there but mainly just slight variations on spelling and terminology. These are only minor adjustments to our current site, what is the best way of achieving this without falling foul of duplicate content issues.
