I am launching an international site. what is the best domain strategy
-
Hi Guys,
I am launching a site across the US, UK and UAE. Do I go **test.com/uk test.com/us test.com/UAE -- **or do I go us.Test.com UAe.test.com us.test.com? Which is best for SEO?

Suggesting subfolders without considering the peculiarities of the site jusrt because it's a "best practice" is not the ideal thing to do. Even if subfolders have sure advantages, their use can be not technically affordable or even good for effectiveness.
-
As always, it depends.
Is your site an ecommerce site with thousand hundreds if not more products. Or a news site? Then, maybe, the best thing to do should be using country code level domains, because - apart better for geotargeting - the technical maintaining of three complete ecommerce/news sites under in a subfolder system is not the most agile (especially if the site is custom made).
If the case if the one described above, but the ccTLDs are not available, then subdomains can be an alternative.
If your site is not an very technically complex ecommerce or news site, then use subfolders, but consider, if you see that one of the subfolders has very good metrics (sessions, conversions) to move it to a ccTLDs in the middle/long term.

There are positives and negatives to using different strategies. Moz's education section has three articles on international SEO: International SEO, Hreflang, and CcTLDs. I'd suggest going through them and also reading any further resources that they cite.
Good luck!

Also, if we want to target GCC countries with arabic content, what domain strategy should we apply..
We already have www.tcf-me.com (for english) and www.tcf-me.ae for arabic (But now we not only want to target UAE (Ae) but the entire GCC..

Figen we are in the same situation asking the same questions..
How do you tackle duplicate content?
-
Use sub domain (Etc. us.domain.com - fr.domain.com - de.domain.com) if your site will be different languages .
if your site will be only english use this : domain/us - domain/uk .
Be careful about duplicate content

Moz was unable to crawl your site? Redirect Loop issue
Moz was unable to crawl your site on Jul 25, 2017. I am getting this message for my site: It says "unable to access your homepage due to a redirect loop. https://kuzyklaw.com/ Site is working fine and last crawled on 22nd July. I am not sure why this issue is coming. When I checked the website in Chrome extension it saysThe server has previously indicated this domain should always be accessed via HTTPS (HSTS Protocol). Chrome has cached this internally, and did not connect to any server for this redirect. Chrome reports this redirect as a "307 Internal Redirect" however this probably would have been a "301 Permanent redirect" originally. You can verify this by clearing your browser cache and visiting the original URL again. Not sure if this is actual issue, This is migrated on Https just 5 days ago so may be it will resolved automatically. Not sure, can anybody from Moz team help me with this?

Does google give any advantage to Webmaster tools verified sites?
Hello friends, I am seeing a strange pattern. i register 2 new domain and make sites on them and add no backlinks nothing only put content and did on page seo right. After 1month of google indexing. both sites are not showing in search for the targeted keywords, but as soon as i add them to Google Webmaster tools they both automatically comes to the 16th and 24th number for their specific keywords. So my question is does Google give any advantage to sites which are verified and added into its webmaster tools in terms of seo or authority?

Somebody took an article from my site and posted it on there own site but gave it credit back to my site is this duplicate content?
Hey guys, This question may sound a bit drunk, but someone copied our article and re-posted it on their site the exact article, however the article was credited to our site and the original author of the article had approved the other site could do this. We created the article first though, Will this still be regarded as duplicate content? The owner of the other site has told us it wasn't because they credited it. Any advice would be awesome Thanks

Is this a 'real site' or a spam site for backlinks
I have been asked what type of site this is? What kind of page is this? [http://www.gotocostarica.com/](http://www.gotocostarica.com/) In my opinion it is site put up to create back links and should be avoided (especially in the light of the new Penguin and Panda updates coming). But I don't want to give wrong advice. What are your opinions?
