Is this site linking to us?
-
Hi,
Moz OSE does not recognize this site as linking to our site, but I feel like it has to be. Here is the code and the link to the site:
http://www.avvo.com/attorneys/34655-fl-stacy-kemp-1843513.html#contact
[https://kemprugegreen.com/location/tampa/tampa-car-auto-accident-attorney/](<a class=)" target="_blank">https://kemprugegreen.com/location/tampa/tampa-car-auto-accident-attorney/
So are they linking to us? If so, how come OSE cant find it? It lists it for our competitors.
Thanks,
Ruben

Okay, thanks guys. I really couldn't seem to find it, when I was going through it.
I appreciate it.

Just an educated guess on my part but I'd say that it's probably due to the indexing problems of late.
First, this index still contains data crawled up to 100 days ago.We try to make sure that what we've crawled recently is stuff that we believe has been updated/changed, but there may be sites and pages that have changed significantly in that period that we didn't update (due to issues I've described here previously with our crawlers & schedulers).
It's clear that Avvo is being crawled and indexed. You have a link on this page that shows up in OSE already

No link to Open Site Explorer from Campaigns tracked keywords?
Hi there, The Guide to tracking your keyword rankings in Moz Pro states that "Click on the keyword to analyze it, the URL to be taken to that page in Open Site Explorer or the Optimize link to get a Page Optimization Score with recommendations.". But my URLs all target to the specific page on my site. I figure it would be nice to dive deeper in analysing specific pages, using Open Site Explorer Is just the link with Open Site Explorer broken, or is the Guide out of date? Thanks, Arnout

How can I get links indexed in Just Discovered Links, or Open site Explorer? (Because it aint Bit.ly or Feedly!)
Dear Moz & Forum, I've been on a bit of a merry-go-round with one of my clients. He knows enough about SEO to ask questions, and one thing he likes is to see the links that we are building inside Open Site Explorer. Now, of course we know that it takes a while for links to show, but that was ok, because we could just plug the links that we've built into a bit.ly link and then they'd show under Just Discovered Links in Open Site Explorer, and then boom, we're happy. It stopped working some time ago, and after the support team were a little unstuck I sent a hopeful tweet to @randfish. Here is the response: https://twitter.com/randfish/status/788412272129347584 The advice to use Bit.Ly was removed swiftly after this! Oops! The current Guidance is here: https://mza.seotoolninja.com/help/guides/research-tools/open-site-explorer/justdiscovered It says: Want to see your new link in the Just-Discovered Links tab? An easy way to start seeing your link in the Just-Discovered section is to have it shared on Twitter and available on Feedly link. Feedly stopped supporting their own link shortner a few years ago. Also, when you share a link from Feedly on twitter it is just the same as sharing a normal tweet, because it shares the standard URL for the site not a link to view on Feedly. Or, maybe these two statements are independant of one another and they should both be done separately? I've done that too! I've also added the feed to recommended feeds inside fresh web explorer and that didn't work either! So, Moz and Help team please help me! How can I get links I've built for clients into Just Discovered Links? Thank you!

Open Site Explorer Question
Hello Mozers. It has been a while 🙂 OK - I run an open site explorer report, toggle over to 'Linking Domains' because I am more interested in the number of actual websites that link to my client rather than the number of links my client has (and of course what websites are linking) and although I have been doing this for years there is one little thing I am a bit confused about. The report shows (from left to right) the 'Linking Root Domain", the "Domain Authority" for the linking domain and then the 'Number of Linking Root Domains" for each 'Linking Root Domain" My question is (rather stupid, I am sure) is the number of linking root domains for each linking root domain the number of websites linking to them OR the number of websites to which they link?

Does Feedburner URL of the Home Page Carry Link Equity?
Hi There, During an SEO Audit, I found that OSE categorizes Feedburner URL of root domains under link-equity passing and followed. For example, the following link has been categorized under link-equity passing and followed: http://feeds.feedburner.com/SpoonflowerBlog I have heard that a lot of SEOs saying feedburner links don't carry any link juice. If that's true, then why does OSE categorize feedburner URL of root domains under link-equity passing and followed? I would appreciate if someone from the Moz staff could take some to answer this. Thanks.
