Link to Moz Pro home 404s, and then I stumbled upon Moz's staging site...

I'm wary of giving more information as it's probably best that little to no one be able to access Moz staging for one reason or another. I should also mention that this was done very unintentionally on my part. That said, from the 404 from Moz Pro home, I tried to access "My QA", and that's when I realized that everything I did thereafter was within staging.moz.com (and posted a question similar to this one).
Does Moz permit access to their staging site, or did I stumble upon a mistake - or Moz-stake, if you will?

I'm just kidding, that definitely sounds like a major Moz-stake on our side. Refund From MOZ for Cancelled Account-How To Get Refund, Phone Number for MOZ Corporate Office?
I have written MOZ several times requesting account cancellation procedures but they don't seem interested in responding. I pre-paid my account in October 2019, paying for one year until October 2020. I would like to cancel my account and get a refund of the pro-rated unused amount. Why doesn't Moz read the right meta description?
We have a WordPress blog and Moz continues to read our site title as the meta description instead of the nicely crafted and SEO-friendly meta descriptions we are writing on each post in our Yoast plugin. Can someone help use understand why Moz is reading the site title rather than the post meta descriptions? (We did test deleting the site title all together but then this made Moz think that there is no meta description for any of the posts.)

I can't pull September monthly report, only August available, please help?
When i try select date range for my September report, monthly report is not available, it only shows weekly report. August monthly report is available and not September but we are already in October.

All my Moz Campaigns disappeared
Hi there My account was suspended briefly, (over a weekend) as the credit card had expired. As soon as I knew, I logged in and updated the information, but now all my data/campaigns have disappeared! Gulp! Can anyone help? Many thanks in advance. Kind regards Clojo

Maybe a silly question but do Moz write guest blogs? If so, who do I ask?
We have refreshed our website and, to supplement the content we write ourselves, we just want some nice, simple, quality written content from our suppliers, of which Moz is one. I'm probably being stupid, but I can't (yet) see how to contact anyone at Moz directly. While my search continues, I'll post this question.
