4XX (Client Error) Report - Referrer URL Feature Request
-
Why not allow me to click on the individual 404 errors in the 4XX (Client Error) report and allow me to actually see the where the broken links are coming from (as a hyperlinked url) so I can locate/click and fix them? Providing the referring url w/hyperlink will stop me from having to jump between the report and searching in site explorer, or downloading the complete error report and sorting.

That's great, thanks Jackie!

Hey Bill,
Thanks for the suggestion, and we completely agree with you-- having the referring url in the 4XX table would be a huge time saver. We're planning to work on this update in January/February. I'll keep this feature request forum updated

Inbound links not showing in reports
My clients site so far only has a few inbound links. If I do a report on MOZ/Open Site Explorer it only lists 10 domains linking in and, a number of important ones are not on that list. As an example, one of the leading UK national newspapers (Daily Telegraph) has a link on this page to the client www.vidavida.co.uk and yet this link/domain does not appear in the above reports. Is this an intentional nofollow type thing that the telegraph does and is there a way for me to check that on their site/page? http://fashion.telegraph.co.uk/news-features/TMG8655068/Holiday-travel-in-style.html Any comments most appreciated. Thanks,

Is it possible to run manual reports for set dates? I would like to give a current standing report to a client rather than wait a whole month.

Hi, Recently, we have modified URL letter. Actually, We have had norwegian character in URL. But we change this recently. Particularly, Keyword : skrå tak Old Link : www.nortekk.no/vi-utfører/skrå-tak-12/ New link : www.nortekk.no/vi-utforer/skra-tak-12/ Also we have made many improvements on the page. Actually the page rank report shows two places are marked. Why we have like this. And how long it takes to take correct URL. We have updated sitemap in google. Please check attachment and help me to understand why it is showing likewise Thank you RankingReport.jpg

Report is showing 2 different domains?
Hello SEOMOZ Fam, I am trying to get a understanding on what is the best method for me to do moving forward. I am just noticing that my reports are showing data for both http://domain & http://www.domain which is what has been confusing me for this whole past month. I have just went into my control panel and redirected domains to be just http://domain....will me doing this redirect clean up my next crawl report next week or are there other steps I need to do with my domain or even my campaign? I think I chose root level for my campaign setting. Thanks so much n advance

Find a 4xx or 5xx link referenced in an SEO Crawl Report
So I just got the Crawl Diagnostics report for a client site and it came back with a number of 4xx errors and even 1 5xx error. So while I can find the URL that has the problem, I cannot find the pages that have the links pointing to these non-existent or problematic pages. Normally I would just search the database for the site, but in this case I don't have access to it as the site is on a proprietary platform with no access other than to the CMS. Is there anyway to get the linking URL from the report? Thanks!

Rankings Different in Serps from Report
My site shows up on page one for many search queries, but I'm "not in the top 50" for those same terms according to the rankings report. Having troubleshooted the problem, it may be a canonical issue. I did not include www when I originally set up my reports and it seems that my site shows up in search results with www. However; if you type in the url without the www, it will automatically forward to the page with www. I did this intentionally in order not to get penalized for duplicate content pages. So here's my question: If I've got one page redirected to the other, shouldn't the rankings report also follow that redirect? If so, then it should show the correct results, right? Thanks, Dino

"Does not respond to web requests" error
When trying to set up a new campaign I get the following message:
Moz Pro | | bshanahan
"Roger has detected a problem: We have detected that the domain www.chicagofinancialadvisers.com does not respond to web requests. Using this domain, we will be unable to crawl your site or present accurate SERP information." Can someone please tell me what I need to do on my site to make this work? I haven't seen this before and have done many other campaigns. Thanks a lot!0
