MOZ Page Grader - Sorry, but that URL is inaccessible?
-
Hi,
I am trying to use the MOZ page grader on this page - https://www.respuestasparaelhombre.com/datos-sobre-disfunción-eréctil-preguntas
but it is saying Sorry, but that URL is inaccessible - any ideas?
Thanks
-
Hey all... I'm in the same boat for
http://www.owneroperatordirect.com
Any ideas? Would love to start using the Page Grader feature.
Thanks.
-
Just tried to use it for wilsonart.com and it would not grade. Please advise.
-
Also having issues with my site wilsonart.co.th. Please check into this.
-
Also having the same issue with my site cu-portland.edu. This is a recent phenomenon. I can't use on-page grader nor will it show basic page rankings because it says my site is inaccessible.
-
I'm having the same issue for www.playshakespeare.com. Crawl works fine, but the On Page Grader always gives the "Sorry, but that URL is inaccessible" error.
-
Hi Janet!
I just sent you an email to go over the concerns about your campaigns. Look for my mail and we can troubleshoot everything further that way!
Thank you!

Hi,
What I do not understand is that I am getting my weekly "New Rankings and On-Page Reports Ready for Mens Health Answers " email which shows page grades - how can that be if I can't manually grade a page?
-
Hi,
Yes I requested a crawl this afternoon and it seem to go fine but it always has, it's just the page grader function that is not working for some reason.
I work for Eli Lilly here in the UK so it's not as easy as picking up the phone and asking your hosting company what the heck is going on... We (our agency) are moving the sites and other sister sites from https://plone.org/ to http://www.crownpeak.com/ so it may have something to do with it being locked down.
If you look at the link history we lost almost all of them around March? I thought had something to do with the 301 redirect which seems to go from http to https

Hi Janet!
I just took a look at your campaign for "Mens Health Answers", and the Crawl Diagnostics look to be crawling all of your pages. Can you log into your campaign again and let me know if you're seeing something different than what I'm seeing? If you're still seeing issues, click the blue button on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen on almost any Moz page and let us know.
Thanks!
Kevin

Hi Janet,
In that case, I'm guessing that Tony is correct that this is most likely a firewall issue. I ran a crawl test on www.respuestasparaelhombre.com and it did actually crawl all of your pages as far as I could tell, but I'm also not able to check any of your page grades. If possible, please reach out to the host of your website to see if they can help diagnose this issue.
If you have any other questions or issues, please write into [email protected] and we'll help you out further.
Thanks!
Kevin

Also a sister UK site www.menshealthanswers.co.uk does not crawl
-
Hi,
But even I try and grade www.respuestasparaelhombre.com it still gives me - Sorry, but that URL is inaccessible.
-
Moz can't crawl his root domain (i tested using page grader) or any other URLs on his site,
So while the special chars might not help, i dont think thats the issue here :). Atleast, not the only one.
-
Hello Janet!
I believe the problem here is actually the special characters in your URL, which our tools will generally have a hard time reading.
In general, foreign language characters in your URL are tricky when it comes to SEO. I would recommend reading the following article that explores this in more depth:
https://www.fusionbox.com/blog/detail/are-foreign-language-characters-in-urls-bad-for-seo/536/I hope this helps. Thank you!

Its possible your SSL is the issue, do you know if its an SNI cert? Moz crawler doesnt yet support SNI and a lot of recently issued certs are SNI ones...
Also, if your using Cloudflare, those certs are SNI as well.

Thanks
It works for other websites - I've just tested my personal website.
There is a 301 redirect from http to https -
Checked link: http://www.respuestasparaelhombre.com
Type of redirect: 301 Moved Permanently
Redirected to: https://www.respuestasparaelhombre.comWould that be causing problems if it had not been set-up properly?
-
All reference i can find to this error is firewall issues. You will probably need to check with your hosting providers that they arnt blocking moz.

Cannot crawl website with redirect intalled on subdomain url
Hi! I want to crawl this website : http://www.car-moderne.ch. I tried a got back the crawl just for that one url (not for all the pages of the website). This single line cvs says that the status of the http://www.car-moderne.ch is 200, but in fact it is a redirect 301 to http://www.car-moderne.ch/fr where the live home page is (actually the Moz bar sees the 301, not the 200 as the single-lined crawl does). How can I proceed in this case (a 301 redirect being installed on the subdomain url) to still be able to have a full-fledged juicy cvs with all the broken links, duplicate content, etc. Thank you for your help! Moz Crawl Test Trying to Crawl Contact Form Submit Button Location?
Moz Crawl Test for some reason is trying to Crawl a contact form Widget Submit Location. My obvious guess is that obviously the crawl cannot submit to the required fields…..I believe this because they're only kicking back these errors on the pages I have a contact form widget on. http://crawfordspest.com/pest-control/[email protected] 1412553693 404 : Received 404 (Not Found) error response for page. Error attempting to request page; see title for details. 404 Can you shed any insight to this? I'm a bit worried that I'll have to complete gut the contact form which was one of the major requests my client requested. Or in a worse scenario make all fields not required. It would let so much spam in. I have never seem anything like this at all. But I've learned a lot from Moz, and with major errors like 404 damage Domain Authority greatly. I've fixed 404 issues with newly acquired clients existing sites and tracked through Moz and the domain authority flies up once these errors are fixed. Along with fixing what Webmaster Tools through Google reports back. ..... Let me know if you have any expertise on this matter.0 -
On Page Grader - We have keyword in Meta Description But does not show up
The on-page grader is not counting/picking up the keyword in the meta description. We have double checked the meta description and re-uploaded the page, and checked the source code on-line. The keyword is there in meta description, but not showing up in on-page-grader. https://www.trustdeedrealestateinvesting.com/trimarkfunding/buy-first-trust-deeds.html keyword buy first trust deeds

How does an index page have a higher Authority than the root domain?
So just curious, but on my domain, http://www.bulwarkpestcontrol.com the Page Authority is 59 and the root domain authority 52. That seems odd as it is the same page. Explanation?

Moz.com Report a Problem or Provide Feedback
Two things. First, I could not find exactly where to report an issue or provide feedback about the website. I don't need to contact about Moz Analytics or any other products. I just want to provide feedback about the Moz Blog. I think it would be nice to be able to report an issue or provide feedback to "Roger" and have that item sent to the appropriate department for review. A lot of websites tend to use "[email protected]" for this, but anything would work. My suggestion is to offer a feedback form on the Contact Moz page. Second, the issue I wanted to report has to do with blog comments. I left a comment early this morning and, with me being on Central Time and the timestamp for comments using Seattle local time, I was surprised to see that my comment had been posted "2 hours ago" immediately after I clicked "Submit." I presume this text is dynamic and that, in Seattle, you see "seconds ago" or something but, being in Wisconsin, I see "2 hours ago." This is confusing mainly because I have no idea how long ago other comments may have been posted. P.S. There isn't a question category for the Moz Blogs so I am choosing Moz - Other Research Tools. I view the blogs as a Product Moz provides so maybe adding "Moz - Blogs" to the Moz Product Help list of categories would be appropriate.
