Quick way to review Disavow?
-
We've recently taken on a new client that has a very large Disavow file. I'm wondering if any good backlinks are being disavowed in the list and want to do an audit but wondered if there was a tool I could use that could give me some high level stats on each of the domains in the Disavow? Ideally, I'd love to be able to drop a list of domains into a tool that can tell me PR, DA, Spam Score, Citation Flow, Trust Flow in an exportable table. Does such a tool exist?

Like Sean said, running an OSE report on the domain could help get some metrics. The problem though is that it's likely that there are domains disavowed that are not in the Moz list of backlinks for that site.
Ahrefs does have a bulk upload of urls/domains that you can do and get metrics back. That might be useful.
With that said, however, I rarely make disavow decisions based on metrics alone. I'd want to see the link itself. Still, I think what you're trying to do is trim the list down so that you can manually review links that are potentially good.
A little shameless self plug here...my disavow blacklist tool might help. I've got tens of thousands of domains in my blacklist that I almost always disavow. You can run a domain across my tool here. I have a paid version of the tool that would allow you to upload the entire list of domains that are in your disavow file and it will give you a CSV of which ones are blacklisted by me. You can find that here.
There are some domains that are whitelisted on my bulk disavow upload such as ones that link out to everyone like aboutus.org or alexa and others.
You could then just look at the domains that are not on my blacklist/whitelist. That could give you a smaller list to sort through.

Give Moz OSE a try. Run a link export on the domain and match back the DA and PA stats from the Moz export to the existing domains that have been disavowed. You can also map the spam scores back to them too. 5 minute job at most

External Backlinks - Should I remove/disavow external blog posts done by SEO company?
Last year my company hired an SEO company to build backlinks for targeted achor text keywords. It turns out that they wrote average to below average blog posts that had content related to my business, but that were placed on odd websites, not related to my business. They did this for about one year before I fired them. Should I try to get each of those blog posts removed and then disavow them? If the external links back to my site are nofollow then it is my understanding that I don't really need to worry about them...is that accurate? Is it too risky to keep any external backlinked content alive when it is on a site that is unrelated to my business?

Best way to build inbound links?
Recently I learned that there are links that are nofollow that google doesn't consider part of SEO. I was curious to know and also to help other new users what the community thinks the best practices are in growing your inbound links. Thank you for all the responses. I hope this link has served to help new users recently introduced to SEO and link building.

Is it whitehat to offer products for a review & link?
It seems to me that if you can offer content for a link back, you should be able to offer a product for a review and a link. Any thoughts?

Best way to remove unwanted links
Hello, The site I work with has a number of unwanted, unrealted and just generally spammy sites linking to our site. What is the best way to ask them to remove the links (formal notice asking to remove or more of a "hey, can you get remove this for us as a favor" tone)? Do you have any tips for getting rid of these links? Thank you!

Using an SEO Agency to build one-way links for you via link exchange
There are a number of SEO agencies which offer link building as part of their SEO offerings. I believe they build one-way links to the client site, by offering another link in exchange to the liking site. So, if the client site is "C", and link is being requested from site "A", the site "A" owner is offered a link from site "B" in return. Is this a good and/or recommended practice?

So I ran into a site that was not ranking 4 days ago and has over 2 million links to it on some keywords. My guess is this is a link bomb, but the issue is this is pushing one of my sites down. Does anyone know a good way to over come a bomb like this?
So I ran http://www.riogrande.com/ into this site not that long ago and wanted to see if any other SEO's have an opinion on it. I've seen a Google bomb before, but the amount of links going into this URL is insane. The thing is how does one over come a Google Bomb? Do you just wait to see what Google does or do you just hope to rank under that URL? I should also note that it appears that all the keywords to it are relevant to the sites content. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks

Reciprocal Links Or One Way Links?
After reading a recent blog post on guest blogging and ways to build relationships for link building purposes, I began to wonder about something. It is my understanding that one way backlinks are superior to reciprocal linkage, but reciprocal is better than no link at all. So is it still worthwhile to do reciprocal guest blogging, and will the value of the links be worth it when completed? Or should we just be of the opinion that: One Way Link > Reciprocal > No link
