I want to delete my credit card information and my MOZ Pro account. How to do?

Hi jfolpf,
I'm afraid we don't support account deletion right now. However, you are welcome to change or remove any information in your Moz profile.
We can swap out card details at our end, and once all this is done we can also ban your account to deactivate it.
Please write into [email protected] to get this ball rolling.

But why can't I delete the MOZ account?
Should not be something basic from any provider?

Hey There,
I'm afraid we aren't able to delete the credit card information from the account, because we actually don't have any access to it directly. We don't store any CC information in house. It's all stored under lock and key with our payment processor, authorize.net. Once you cancel your subscription we lose all ability to charge the card.

While logged into your account, go to https://mza.seotoolninja.com/subscriptions
From here, you can click the "Cancel" link (see screenshot) and have at it! Hope this helps
