Name Twins!
We're just checking for the word "mobile" in the code on your site in a couple of different languages. You can definitely still rank well in mobile search engines while that column says "False."
Sorry for any confusion! If you've still got questions, feel free to give us a shout at [email protected] and we'll see what we can do to sort things out with you.

It is so awesome that your name is Tawny as well!!
We thought we understood but the more we looked into different areas, the more confused we are by the "F" in this column as it does show rankings on https://mz.bundledseo.com/pro/analytics/rankings/516048/1870227?tab=engines
so the word "mobile" is not significant - is that correct?
Just something you list, or will it help improve rankings on mobile?
Thanks again Tawny!

No problem at all! Happy to help!

THANKS for your quick response!

Hey there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here.
We're looking for the word "mobile" in the code in a number of languages to help determine whether a page is mobile-friendly or not.
If we don't find that word, then that column gets marked "false."
I hope that helps! If you still have questions for us, feel free to write in to us at [email protected]. Cheers!

"Keywords Showing" total doesn't match "Tracked Keywords" total
My "Tracked Keywords" total under "Add & Manage Keywords" does not match the total for "Keywords Showing" on the main "Rankings" tab. Why is there a difference? For example, I have 453 tracked keywords attached to my campaign, but under the "Tracked Keywords Overview," there are only 254 listed. I'm sure there's a simple explanation but I can't find it anywhere!

Monthly Ranking Comparisons on Custom Reports
Hi, We run MONTHLY Moz custom reports that compares rankings from the previous month, but some of the data just doesn't make sense. As an example, in the previous month’s report our ranking for “keyword X” was #3, when we look at the current month’s report our ranking for “keyword X” is still #3, but it shows that it’s gone up by 3 positions. This position change is not true if you compare to the previous month’s report! How can we know what dates we are comparing against? All the best, Lee.

Problem Downloading Crawl Error Report PDF's
I am trying to download the PDF reports for the various 'crawl errors' - now some of them are quite large but would that justify why I am unable to download - the error is a straightforward one, see attached. Any ideas? Andy aDlViIN

Keywords Rankings Per Campaign
I want to use the keyword ranking tool, however I want to separate the keywords being tracked for each campaign (or client). I added two campaigns, but it seems the keyword tracker tool is not connected, or has no way of even filtering the list. I have multiple clients who may want to use this feature, but I can't use it if they are all lumped into one interface. Any ideas?

Moz ranking report shows massive loss in Bing SERP's. But it is not the case?
My weekly ranking report shows massive loss of SERP's on Bing. For most keywords I was no longer in the top 50 which where first top 5. But when I checked it out for myself, I'm still ranked top 5 for these keywords. I then used the Moz Rank Tracker and there it also says I'm still ranking top 5 for these keywords. What should I believe now?
