Meta Data Question

Hi There,
I am working on the umbraco CMS and we have a Menu page which sits under one page on the CMS.
When accessing this page on the front end and navigating between the food menu / drinks menu, the url changes depending on which content you are on, however i have only one place to input a meta title and description meaning that it is seeing them as duplicate content as both the drinks menu url and food menu url are showing the same meta data.
Hopefully this makes sense, does anyone have anything similair where a url change happens when content within the page changes.

Thanks for getting back with the response,
I'm not sure if i was clear in my first post,
The CMS page is static and does not change but the menu content module within it is virtual content,
So depending on which menu is clicked on the menu module, the url will change however it is still seen as the same CMS page in the back end of the website.

Basically, you are talking about just one page (I mean one URL) with 2 different contents the food menu and drinks menu. So the answer to your question depends on what you have and what you want but mostly what your users do to land
In an ideal scenario, you will need to have 2 different pages one for the food menu and one for the drinks menu. But that is not the relevant point. What you want or what I can tell you is not relevant talking form the SEO perspective.
What is your audience behavior?
No matter if you are a big company or a small restaurant, or if are using Wordpress, Joomla or Drupal the first question you need to answer
is what your user do to reach your website or your competitor's website, probably they are the same.If you made a research and found that there are 10 users a month that asking to google for your menu, your discounts or even your offers, well you have your answer. Let's take this example you have a restaurant called tacos top and your website is tacostop.com
Let's take the first scenario, you will use a single page for every menu and sub-menu page

Inside of this page, you need to include a link to every specific sub-menu and all these 3 level subcategories need to point (link) to his parent page in this way you are telling Google, hey this page is important to me if some ask for my menu show this one.
This page needs to be optimized for a keyword like "taco stop menu" and the secondary pages need to be optimized for longtail keywords all the keywords need to be optimized based on a Local Strategy and your Audience. If you don't have enough data on your Google Analytics or your Search Console.
You should research your competition or your local audience.Let's talk about the second scenario, you will use a single page for all the content. In this case, you will need to optimize a single page for multiples keywords and this will be you structure

H3 --->Seafood
H2 ---> Tacos Top Drinks
H3 ---> Orange Juice
H3 ---> Lemon Juice
H3 ---> WaterSo in this way, every category will be a section on this page and every section need to be optimized for its main keywords If use Moz track the single performance for those keywords is very easy

Meta HTML tag code
I have been instructed by Moz that I have some missing meta description tags; however, this is what comes up when I searched for more help on this site: "The proper coding for a meta HTML tag is These Meta descriptions can be nested anywhere in the element." Obviously the actual coding is missing... so can anyone tell me what the proper coding for a meta HTML tag is? Thanks!

Title Keyword Order Question
Hey there, Hoping someone could provide me with an answer / some insight into this. As an example, if I were to be targeting "Fish markets in" and "Fish shops in" as my keyword(s). And my site name was "The Fish Guide". I am trying to populate my title tags as best as possible without sacrificing readability and definitely making an effort to avoid the the spam-factor. Ideally I'd like to rank well (just focusing on titles at the moment, nothing else) when a user searches for "Fish markets in London" and **"Fish shops in London" **or "Fish markets in Los Angeles" or "Fish shops in Berlin" etc. If I were to use the following structure in my titles (in this case for London): "Fish markets and fish shops in London - The Fish Guide" Would this work as I hope? I.E. If a user searched for either "Fish shops in London" or "Fish markets in London" would the format of my title in this example work or would I need to have "Fish Markets in London" and "Fish Shops in London" grouped together? E.G. "Fish Markets in London - Fish Shops in London - The Fish Guide" Thanks!

Robots.txt Question
In the past, I had blocked a section of my site (i.e. domain.com/store/) by placing the following in my robots.txt file: "Disallow: /store/" Now, I would like the store to be indexed and included in the search results. I have removed the "Disallow: /store/" from the robots.txt file, but approximately one week later a Google search for the URL produces the following meta description in the search results: "A description for this result is not available because of this site's robots.txt – learn more" Is there anything else I need to do to speed up the process of getting this section of the site indexed?

Link building question
ok so we paid the top firm in seo to help us build an seo strategy and i think we have a good one. We are changing our link building tactics and making more Pr related links and creating awesome content on blogs or our own site to generate traffic and links to our site. We have data from our engineer which should be interesting and we are going to sponsor events, do some link baiting with some of our articles, get a pr firm to get us some good articles on major sites and go to events around phily where we will have unique content and a unique perspective such as car shows ect. The problem is even though all the content will be linked to our site how do we link them. We got hit by penguin but in these articles or blogs should we use the anchor text for the word we are using. The company says dont do it right now bc we got hit with penguin and should only use the brand. I have no idea how only using the brand and not the keywords will magically make us rank for certain keywords. Anyone have an opinion. Thank you and we do pretty well with seo but we did get little bit of a hit with penguin that we are eliminating links and making a new way of thinking when it comes to link building. We also just hired a designer so we are going to build 100s of pages on the site to increase seo with unique content and that is also a goal of ours for the year. We have two marketers on staff and 4 programmers so we are able to do anything. Our urls are terrible but the rest of the site is pretty good

Meta Title Keywords and Company name
Currently our meta title says "Network Security Audit | Pivot Point Security" which is pretty broad considering how many services we offer. In trying to restructure our keywords, marketing and SEO focus, I came up with a new title. The problem I have is figuring out which keywords to use in the title, and with a company name with 3 words - I am running out of room. The new title idea is "Information Security Assessments - Penetration Testing | Pivot Point Security" So my questions are the following. Do I need to put the company name? Should I choose different keywords? I'm sort of at a stand still trying to figure out the best possible title since meta keywords or description won't really help ranking.
