Very well designed and optimized website. And I think you should work on Speeding up your website a little. I am using rocket wp plugin for my website Sortscut and it works like a charm. However I am still confused with some other SEO stuffs.

Hi, it looks clean, although there is a lot of text TLDR. SO maybe consider having clear to the point messages and they can link to a detailed page with a deeper understanding.
Also, make sure things are aligned. For example the footer. It's a trust factor.

I like the organization and the content all on the first page. Right off bat, it shows a lot and it is easy to manoeuvre.

I'd really like to find a one-day course where I could have it all explained and all my questions answered. I've been using SEOMoz for a month or so but I have many unanswered questions and feel that the user guide doesn't explain things, it just tells you what you can do, but not necessarily why.

Website Development Company Needed
Hey everyone, I am doing some consulting work for a travel company. They are redesigning their web site from scratch. The web site is highly database driven. I am looking to hire a company that has a very good combination of skills in programming(.NET or C+), website design, and SEO. In looking for a company to work with on this, a lot of companies claim they know SEO and web site design, but it is not as easy to find a company that is also highly proficient in programming. Websites copying my content and spamming it on 15+ different domains- WHY?? More pop up as I try to take each one down- what do they gain from this?
I own http://TheCareerProject.org and in the last 3 months over 15 sites have popped up copying my content and Google is scanning it as my own. Why would a site do this? Is it a hacker campaign to take away rankings? What benefits do they get from this. EXAMPLE1 : http://germanbollati.com/heat-victor-hugo-juarez-puebla/, EXAMPLE 2: http://rsa-dev1.com/unbalanced-underwriting-outsourcing-india/ There are 15 more I have submitted to Google Webmaster to evaluate and I contact the site owners and majority do not respond.
