A client is interested in working with the guest blogging service of performancing.com. They seem to have a lot of good contentwriters and post on (most) niche blogs.
Guestblogging is a good thing for seo, when it's on relevant sites with a quality article.
The client hasn't got a lot of time to write and find blogs himself.Any positive or negative experiences?

I don't believe I would recommend this to a client, while they may see some initial improvement in rankings after using a service like this in the long run it may hurt them. This is basically a new spin on blog networks, and ultimately is used to manipulate the search engines. Google has been destroying blog networks for the last year, and they are getting smarter everyday.

Is it OK to disavow directory submissions?
I'm currently working on a website that has had a load of spammy links built in the past. From what I can see, it would be most efficient and effective to disavow everything that's there as all work performed previously is low quality, except for some local directory submissions. These local directory submissions are likely "no follow" and therefore, I'm wondering is it OK to disavow everything including these local directory submissions, seeing they are no follow anyway?

Hello Everyone, it's me again... After receiving feedback from many of you, we decided to add new and informative content to some of our more important blog posts. While the industry we're in isn't the most interesting and fun to talk about, we have always been told to just write high quality, helpful and useful content and people will find it and link naturally to it. We also believed that this would help improve the rankings of some of the inner pages on our site. Help with blog for linkbuilding location.
I work for a company that has www.widget.com. This is the site we do all our business under. Right now there is no linkbuilding so I would like to create a blog to start linkbuilding. We also own www.widget.info. Can I run the blog under .info and still get the credit on the .com or are they considered completely separate entities that have nothing to do with one another? The reason I would prefer it on the .info is it gives me complete control. By putting it on out .com I have to talk to the developers to install wordpress and mysql, when I would much rather just be able to do it on my own. Any ideas?

Guest blogging for the gaming industry
Guest blogging seems to be one of the few legit linking methods left these days. My problem is that I work for a company in the gaming industry niche. All of the blogs directly connected are either spam, competitors or affiliates. I have been doing some guest blogging with connected articles on non-related blogs such as "financial advice if you win big" or a recent news story for a general blog. However, these sites are not connected and I cannot get the more quality general sites interested in these topics. Any advice for me?
