Internal Links is reporting "0" value
-
Open Site Explorer is reporting "0" value under "Total Internal Links" as well as "Internal Links" metrics for my website. I have a good interlinking of pages throughout the site.
Is there an issue with OSE (Open Site Explorer) crawler ? OR There are some crawling problems with our Website's structure ?
Can anybody please give an idea or recommendations on this ?

Internal links refer to linking of pages of websites to each other. They help us to increase traffic and session time of visitors.

@anupjain Aw, you're fine! Pretty simply, the internal links part of OSE doesn't work - the tool's not really set up as a direct site crawler, so it's terrible at analyzing internal links.
So you can ignore that part. If you'd like to get some visibility on internal links, you're better off using a tool like Screaming Frog (the free version is fine if you want to check individual URLs).
I checked your site and you're doing just fine on internal links, but make sure you use absolute URLs in your links, not relative.

Why is Link Explorer showing the same domain strength for domain and sub-domain? Shouldn't it be different?
I believe in the past the sub-domain score was different than the domain score in Link Explorer. Now I am seeing that it is reporting the same score. I have to use exact page to get a sense of how strong the sub-domain is.

Links in link lists not being discovered by Moz
I uploaded a couple of link lists to Moz about a week ago and have been tracking them. Most of the links on the list are from significant 90+ DA domains such as Wikipedia, Medium, etc. So far, Moz only seems to have discovered about 4 the 200 or so links I loaded. Do we know how long it takes for these to be discovered by Moz? Quite new to this, so any help understanding timelines for this would be appreciated.

Moz Toolbar "Get Keyword Difficulty"
New Moz Pro user here, and I've a question about the green "Get Keyword Difficulty" button that shows up to the right of the Google Search Keyword Term Input field after a successful search. Clicking on this seems to have no effect for me what-so-ever. Doesn't take me to the keyword tool, download a report, or add anything to the one screen link analyses in the search results. In short, i'm not sure how this tool is supposed to function. I'm using the latest version of Google Chrome (Version 52.0.2743.60 beta-m (64-bit)) on a Windows 10 machine.

"Https://" version of my home page has PA of 39, while the "https://www" version has a PA of 43?
Why would the "https://" version of my home page have a PA of 39, while the "https://www" version has a PA of 43? Is Google seeing this page as two different pages? I'm seeing different linking domains to each. What can I do to unify the two? There is already a 301 redirect in place.

Unable to download OSE advanced report
I started downloading an OSE advanced report yesterday. It has been over 20 hours and the message below is shown on my report list page. Processing Getting data from the LSAPI. 27,450 out of 100k results found It takes a very long time than usual so I would like to know if there is currently any technical issue on Moz part, or that I should change any setting and try downloading it from the start. Thank you very much.
