Unsolved Getting keywords to rank on new landing pages
-
I've built new landing pages for a website, and have loaded them with researched keywords in the content, alt image attributes and metas etc - but, after a number of crawls, the keywords are currently being matched to other existing web pages on the website.
Does anyone have any advice on 'unlatching' these keywords from these pages, and instead getting them to match with pages that have been optimised for them?
Many thanks!

Just to confirm I understand correctly, you've built new landing pages for some of your target keywords, but Google is still ranking the old pages?
This could be for one of a few reasons:
- Google has not yet discovered the new pages (check in Google Search Console)
- Your old pages are relevant to the same terms, but more authoritative, due to the links they have from your other pages, or external pages
- There is some other issue with your new pages (noindex tag or similar)
It sounds like the 2nd issue is most likely - so you'd need to make sure that your older pages are targeting distinct, unique terms, to avoid overlap. That said, as your older pages are likely more authoritative, it could make more sense to redirect them, or just re-use the old URL.

Domain keyword ranking
I used to use Searchmetrics (years ago) which enabled me to add in the domain name into their website, and it would provide all the keywords that rank for it. Does Moz do that do you know? Thanks

Unsolved Is there a way to find out with which keywords are we ranking currently without entering them as part of the campaign?
I was able to do this on Ubersuggest and there I had an idea, which was helpful because part of our first attempts on SEO, on a relatively new company. Is there a way to do this here?

Unsolved Building a report that provides all ranking keywords to specific pages on my website
I'd like to build a report that provides me all of the ranking keywords (tracked and un-tracked) for about 100 specific webpages on the rockhurst.edu site. I can pull the keywords from Keyword Explorer using the exact page url, but I don't want to have to do that individually for all 100 or so pages.

Keyword rankings and main company tagline not matching
I have a question about keywords rankings and on page keywords. I don't rank very well for the keyword "Nutcracker". But, my tag line is "Your one stop Nutcracker and Ballet Gifts source". One of my most important keywords is "Nutcrackers" (see the s 😉 ) and I hot hit really hard in my rankings with the google algorithm update. Almost a 30 position difference from one day to the next. Am I shooting myself in the foot by having Nutcracker being in the forefront, even though my chances of ranking for that are very low as there is high competition with more actual "The Nutcracker" related content. I do have the word "nutcrackers" on my home page...but all of a sudden I feel like i'm wasting space, or I should have made the tagline "Your one stop Nutcrackers and Ballet Gifts source". It just doesn't sound as good. I just recently dove headfirst into SEO and moz, so I consider myself a noob, but I learn quite quickly. Thank you for your help! How do I get the Page Authority of individual URLs in my exported (CSV) crawl reports?
I need to prioritize fixes somehow. It seems the best way to do this would be to filter my exported crawl report by the Page Authority of each URL with an error/issue. However, Page Authority doesn't seem to be included in the crawl report's CSV file. Am I missing something?

On Page missing keywords
I setup my keywords on SEOMoz properly but the On Page result just shows me 2 keywords instead of the 7 that I set for my campaign. I was expecting the application to score the other keywords on wednesday but it did not add the missing keywords. Is this a bug?
