Crawl Diagnostics: Next crawl date is in the past
-
Hi -
I have quite a few crawl diagnostic errors and warnings. I have attempted to fix many of them but noticed this note at the bottom of the crawl diagnostics chart:
"Last Crawl Completed: Mar. 22nd, 2013 Next Crawl Starts: Mar. 29th, 2013"
It looks like SEOMoz thinks the next crawl date is Mar 29th, 2013, which is two weeks ago. Is there any way to "force" the crawl and get it back on regular schedule? This may have happened when my account was disabled because my credit card expired...Thoughts?

Hello Brandon!
Thanks for the heads up. I have seen this happen a few times in the past when the account was temporarily suspended because of payment method changes. Our engineers can likely update this for you in the back end. The best step would be to create a ticket with our help team by emailing this issue to [email protected]. Ask for Abe in the subject line and include the login email and campaign name in the content window. I'll have them take a look at this as soon as possible

Thanks Andy!
The archive and re-activate method didn't seem to modify the next crawl date.
I will use the research tools in the mean time.

i've had that once before, if you archive the campaign and then re-activate it - it fixed mine though not sure it fixes everything
would be neat feature to force it to crawl though... in the mean time in research tools go to seo web crawler you can set one off in there - It doesn't appear to feed into a campaign but it will give you the same results even if in excel format

Unsolved Bug in site crawl analysis - 308 redirect flagged as temporary

Having 1 page crawl error on 2 sites
Help! A few weeks back, my dev team did some "changes" (that I don't know anything about), but ever since then, my Moz crawl has only shown one page for either http://betamerica.com or http://fanex.com. Moz service was helpful in talking about a redirect loop that existed, and I asked my team to fix it, which it looks to me like they have. Still, 1 page. I used SEO Book's spider tool and it also only sees 1 page, and sees the sites as http://https://betamerica.com (for example), which is just weird. I don't know enough about HT Access or server stuff to figure out what's going on, so if someone can help me figure that out, I'd appreciate it.

What could be the reason that seomoz only shows crawl results for my homepage?
Hi there I am running three campaings for three different sites. The first site crawl is successful with a ful report. However the other two only shows results for the homepage, i.e. only a single page crawled by the mozbot. What could be the reason for this? Thanks, Gerrie

Has any on else experienced a spike in crawl errors?
Hi, Since the last time our sites were crawled in SEOmoz they are all showing a spike in Errors. (Mainly duplicate page titles and duplicate content). We haven't changed anything to the structure of the sites but they are all using the same content management system. The image is an example of what we are witnessing for all our sites based on the same system. Is anyone else experiencing anything similar? or does anyone know of any changes that SEOmoz has implemented which may be affecting this? Thanks in advance, Anthony. WzdQV WzdQV WzdQV.jpg WzdQV.jpg

SEOmoz Dashboard Report: Crawl Diagnostic Summary
Hi there, I'm noticing that the total errors for our website has been going up and down drastically almost every other week. 4 weeks ago there were over 10,000 errors. 2 weeks ago there were barely 1,000 errors. Today I'm noticing it's back to over 12,000 errors. It says the majority of the errors are from duplicate page content & page title. We haven't made any changes to the titles or the content. Some insight and explanation for this would be much appreciated. Thanks, Gemma

Trying to boost Backlinks but OSE still shows same figures for past month
I often check Open site explorer to see if I increased in linking root domains to my site after getting some backlinks on it. I have a concern about the number it is displaying: How does this statistic get updated? If I spread backlinks on some sites do i have to do anything else like ping it so google can crawl it so OSE sees it and counts it towards my linking root domain statistic? Is this current figure OSE is reading from cache and giving me an outdated number? NNzAn.jpg
