Multiple-Domain tracking for sister sites- NO retail checkout- Please help
-
Hello,
I have about 5 sites I want to set up multiple-domain tracking in google analytics. All posts I read seem to be focused on cross-domain tracking for the purpose of tracking a visitor from one domain across another domain for shopping cart check outs. I don't need that.
I have about 3 sister sites (mastersite.com, sistersite1.com, sistersite2.com, sistersite3.com) related to my primary site. I want 1 Master Analytics Profile to track traffic for all of these sites combined. My visitors will not jump from mastersite.com over to sistersite1.com. There will be no cross-domain visits.
How can I set up 1 master google analytics profile that will aggregate traffic data from all sites and present the data to me in one analytics profile.
Please help

Have you tried going to the Properties and add a new profile for each domain? I think you can then filter the data and get the reports on all those properties combined while you are also able to see data separately.

Help me exclude our dynamic IP addresses from GA
Hi There, I can't believe we are the first SEO Web Development company with the issue of dynamic IP addresses, for technical reasons our ISP keeps changing our IP addresses to different random IP addresses (no patterns, ranges, or reasoning to the specific changes) and we obviously need to exclude our own visits to google analytics - but I can't seem to find any simple way to do this in Google Analytics - can you help me find a simple solution for this? I did find two chrome extensions(I'll give you the links to those at the end) that I will look into if you cant help me find a simpler solution 🙂 Thanks so much!! https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/block-yourself-from-analy/fadgflmigmogfionelcpalhohefbnehm?hl=en https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/developer-cookie/lknhpplgahpbindnnocglcjonpahfikn

Event/Goal Tracking For EKM Powershop
Hi There, I have a client with EKM powershop. I am trying to figure out a way to either setup goal tracking (however I don't know what the final destination page is) or event tracking. I know I can do the ecommerce tag thing, but I am always worried about breaking the tracking code. Any ideas?

Fixing Bounce Rate between Domain and Subdomain
Currently, the way our site is set up, our clients generally visit our homepage and then login through a separate page that is a subdomain, or they can read our blog/support articles that are also on separate subdomains. From my understanding, this can be counted as a bounce, and I know this sorta of site structure isn't ideal, but with our current dev resources and dependencies, fixing this isn't going to happen overnight. Regardless, what would be the easiest way to implement this fix witihn the Google Analytics code? EX: If someone visits our site at X.com, and then wants to login at portal.X.com, I don't want to count that as a bounce. Any insight is appreciated! Thanks

Click to call tracking
I'm looking to add a click to call button, when a user lands on our quote page from a mobile phone. I'm wondering the best way of goal tracking? Our current method of tracking uses Events. I was wondering if this was a sensible way forward for this. The dev team are suggesting it may be a problem as it refreshes the page... I'm not a dev, so I don't fully understand it all! Thanks, Amelia

When one of my sites returns a ranking that consistently reads "No Data", what does that say about the site?
I am getting "No Data" reads for some of my sites - I personally think it has to do with the site's construction - especially the landing page... I inherited this site to do SEO - it was not created with on site SEO in mind - please help if you can sites are: www.storagesanangelo.com www.storagemidland.com Should I get webmaster to remove the big map graphic and add text and pics instead... Sure appreciate brilliant thoughts - even about yetis and beer
