Moz analytics not updating
-
Okay so I was invited to moz analytics. When I received the email I was stoked to get to use the new beta software. My campaigns transferred over ,but when I began to look at the data, it said updating check back in 24 hours or something along those lines. I thought okay that is fine, but to my suprise it has been around four days since then and it still says it is updating. It also shows weekly stats of visits but the number there is definitely wrong. It said I only had around 2,100 but I get more than that daily. Anyone in support that can help? I'm confused on what I can do to fix this issue. I understand it is just a beta ,but other people, from what I have seen, haven't had a similar issue. If anyone can point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it!

Is this related? I archived a campaign and created a new one a couple of days ago. The new one is still not in Moz Analytics...and that is the one I so need to set up Mentions queries for. Any ideas? Love the Analytics! And want to use it! Thanks!
UPDATE: Thanks! I submitted a ticket as suggested.

Hello and thank you for contacting us! I would recommend sending this to [email protected] so we can dig in and figure out what is going wrong with your campaign transitions. The Help Team, including myself, will respond quickly to your request. Sorry for the hassles, we are trying our best to make this switch as smooth as possible but a few hiccups like this made this not fun for some members.

Can Moz Keyword Explorer help target keywords for Google Images results?
I'm wondering if I can use Keyword Explorer (or maybe another tool?) to target keywords for image rankings. I'd like to play around with optimizing images so that they appear in search results and thus provide traffic - but wasn't sure the best way to track that kind of progress. My ultimate goal is to analyze the difficulty of ranking for a certain keyword via Google images. (I do know to optimize alt tag/title tag/place in relevant article etc, but wanted to know if I could research the difficulty). Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

Moz Crawl Report Increase in Errors?
Has anyone else noticed a huge increase over the past couple weeks in crawl issues in their dashboards? Without being able to see historical data week over week, I can't tell what's been added. Is this some update with the tool? I'm not seeing any health issues with this feature on the Moz Health page, it just seems strange that I'm seeing this across all our accounts.

Moz Pro Question: Does the amount of keywords you are allowed to search reset each month?
I am a Moz Pro subscriber and I really love the new Keyword Explorer tool. One question I have that I couldn't find a clear answer was regarding the number of monthly keyword queries. Do they reset each month? I hope they do.

Moz is finding phantom pages
I suddenly have 4xx errors in my crawl diagnostics because pages with “/%3C/div” added to the end of the URL that are linked from the normal page can't be found. I didn't create the pages, and they don't exist, but Moz thinks that they do. I went back through to see if any changes in WordPress, theme or plugins versions might be the cause, but this is the only site that I have this issue, so I don't think that is it. Does anyone have an idea what causes this?
