Does the Moz crawler have a static ip address?

We block AWS from crawling our site. Does the moz crawler use a static ip address that we could allow? I'm currently not able to add a campaign because Moz can't connect to our site.

I currently use Sitelock which disallows unwanted bots to crawl the site. The MOZ is unable to crawl however we can input a white list of ip addresses comming from MOZ. How are you guys going around this issue?

Hi Dustin,
Unfortunately we do not use a static IP address as we have designed our crawler to have a location agnostic approach, this means we use thousands and thousands of IP addresses which will change each time we run a crawl. This approach gives us the best dynamic view of the web and in turn your sites.
We are moving more and more away from AWS but at this time we still use AWS to crawl certain portions.

Moz can't crawl my site.
Moz cannot carry out the site crawl on my online shop. Not really sure what the issue is, it has no problem getting onto my site when you use www. before the address, but it needs to be able to access bluerinsevintage.co.uk Stuck as what to do, we are a shopify store. Anyone else had this problem, or know what i need to change so they can crawl the site? thjis is the page they are getting when trying to get on bluerinsevintage.co.uk but if they use www.bluerinsevintage.co.uk the site comes up.

Moz Not Crawling Angular SPA
I have a client that just launched a redesigned website using Angular as a single page app. Google appears to be able to crawl the site just fine, but Moz crawl is only finding one page. We have updated the htaccess to allow for Rogerbot and Dotbot, but still unable to crawl any pages other than the home page. Does anyone have experience with this or ideas of why it won't crawl all pages, and how to allow for Moz to crawl all pages? There is a sitemap with approx. 390 pages. Thanks!

Hello, I'm so new in Moz and SEO world and i just started my website, a WordPress blog, I'm in a content creation period and i want to make it right from the beginning but I'm confused about how to use Moz tools in this period because i don't have content or traffic so no analytic as i think, so What is the best use of Moz tools in this period? About keyword difficulty tool i think this is the most tool i will use in the beginning, how i choose which keywords to use from my keywords list, in this time I'm depending on the on page SEO only, no backlinks no social engagements, which keywords to use to appear fast in search engines for a startup? less than "% difficulty " or between, I"m new in this word Please Moz and SEO experts give me a hand here. Can I upgrade my moz subscription from large to premium without getting my campaigns being deleted?Do i need to wait till the end of the month to resubscribe?
I'm planning to take a large subscription of moz..but i may need a premium account in the future.Can I upgrade it in the middle of my current subscription or will i have to wait till my subscription gets over? Also, I'm planning to take only one month currently but i'll renew it once the month completes so can i continue the same account without my campaigns being deleted?

Can I use wildcards "*" when setting up a new Moz campaign?
Basically I would like the Moz crawler to focus on a specific section of our domain. We do not bucket things via folder groups, so the use of wildcards would be applicable to us. Whenever your account is suspended, your campaigns are archived. The good news is that reviving archived accounts is really simple. Go to your Campaigns section: http://pro.moz.com/campaigns
At the top of the page there is a "Archived Campaigns" Tab, give it a click.
From here, you should easily be able to "activate" your campaigns. My Google Analytics profile won’t stay connected to my campaign and/or I am missing profiles in my GA Settings. Google goes through a process called Oauth when it comes to authorizing access of services that are linked to your Google account. Under any single Google account, there are about 20 tokens account wide. Those tokens are used to provide access for a variety of services from Gmail to apps on your phone. Once you hit the limit, which is 20 for most users, the system automatically revokes the oldest token to provide a new one. I'm not certain if this is causing the issue on your account, but it is a great place to start troubleshooting. You may be able to correct the issue by manually revoking your tokens to make room for new ones on your account and then reconnecting the account to Moz. Here are the instructions on how to do that: Follow this link https://accounts.google.com/b/0/IssuedAuthSubTokens. This page displays the current OAuth tokens you are using. Once you reach the page, simply press the revoke button (illustrated on this screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/vjh3KrjRRIe) for services that you are not using right now. Once you are done with, that simply go back to your campaign settings, disconnect your GA profile and reconnect. The below process may also fix this issue for you. Head to your campaign settings page on your overview page. Disconnect your Google Analytics connection. Go back to your settings page and click on "connect account." Please make sure you log into the correct GA account. 🙂 Hurray! This should let you grab the most current traffic data! Oops! try refreshing page! I can’t access any of my Campaign data.
This issue is normally machine specific and can be a bit complex. Tracking Phrases in MOZ Analytics
I am currently using the 30 day trial of the MOZ Analytics tool to see if we want to continue. I know how to track one word key terms but how can I track multi word phrases? It only seems to pick up on the single word terms. Thanks to anyone that helps.
