we had a seo guy do work for around four years, but he stripped everything he did. i am trying to find if there is a way to proove this.

Hey there! I ran my own Crawl Test for howtodrinkless.com, and I think I can help you find where strange URLs like the one in your original question are coming from.
If you're looking at the CSV of your crawl test, you'll want to take a look at the referrer column. That's the page our tools were on when they found the link to the page in the first column - the malformed URL with www in it twice. If you go to the page in the Referrer column and view the source code, you should be able to search for the malformed link and find where in the code it is.
It might be handy to have a web developer sit down with you to tackle this project - they'll be best equipped to help you resolve any issues the Crawl Test found.
As always, feel free to write in to [email protected] for more assistance!

hi, i have two sites that i am concerned about, the first one is http://howtodrinkless.com/ and the url is www.georgiafoster.com
We had a seo person do work on both sites but then when we got rid of them due to not doing what they claim they were doing, they then stripped all the work they had done that we paid for. The site should have hundreds and hundreds of quality links but they were removed, so wondering what damage has been caused and if anything underhand is happening. basically, the sites were like brand new sites again as they undone all the work they did that we paid for

Hi! Like Tawny said, without looking at the crawl report or knowing the URL you were crawling it can be hard to determine exactly where this URL came from.
If you want to share the URL info I would be more than happy to help you determine the root of the problem. This is definitely something you should look at thoroughly though in case your website has been hacked.
Thanks!

Hey there!
Tawny from Moz's Help Team here. Without being able to take a look at the crawl report, it's tough to troubleshoot where this URL came from. That said, if you write in to [email protected] and include all the details you can about what you're experiencing, we'll do everything we can to help sort things out!

Need to solve "Oops our crawlers were unable to access" url for new campaign
I'm putting the url designfirstkitchenandbath.com and getting the "oops! our crawlers were unable to access the site. Since this site is a potential client, which shows up online, I can't get access to fix the code, plus while I can write a little html I don't feel comfortable working with hard, live code on someonelse's site. Anyone have a simple solution?

4XX client error with email address in URL
I have an unusual situation I have never seen before and I did not set up the server for this client. The 4XX error is a string of about 74 URLs similar to this: http://www.websitename.com/about-us/[email protected] I will be contacting the server host as well to troubleshoot this issue. Any ideas? Thanks

On-Page Grader "Sorry, but that URL is inaccessible."
We have a new client with a squarespace page. http://www.mountainhouseestate.com The Moz On-Page grader returns the error "Sorry, but that URL is inaccessible." for all pages. Possibly related, Google seems to hate their site. Even a search for "mountain house estate" returns lousy results. Bing/Yahoo has no problem with it.

Moz Crawler URL paramaters & duplicate content
Hi all, this is my first post on Moz Q&A 🙂 Questions: Does the Moz Crawler take into account rel="canonical" for search results pages with sorting / filtering URL parameters? How much time does it take for an issue to disappear from the issues list after it's been corrected? Does it come op in the next weekly report? I'm asking because the crawler is reporting 50k+ pages crawled, when in reality, this number should be closer to 1000. All pages with query parameters have the correct canonical tag pointing to the root URL, so I'm wondering whether I need to noindex the other pages for the crawler to report correct data?: Original (canonical URL): DOMAIN.COM/charters/search/mx/BS?search_location=cabo-san-lucas Filter active URL: DOMAIN.COM/charters/search/mx/BS?search_location=cabo-san-lucas&booking_date=&booking_days=1&booking_persons=1&priceFilter%5B%5D=0%2C500&includedPriceFilter%5B%5D=drinks-soft Also, if noindex is the only solution, will it impact the ranking of the pages involved? Note: Google and Bing are semi-successful in reporting index page count, each reporting around 2.5k result pages when using the site:DOMAIN.com query. The rel canonical tag was missing for a short period of time about 4 weeks ago, but since fixing the issue these pages still haven't been deindexed. Appreciate any suggestions regarding Moz Crawler & Google / Bing index count!
