Tittle + keywords = ?

Hi everyone so it's time for a refresh. I want to improve my rank for couple of terms on one page, so whats you recommend me. Currently I am thinking to go with option 1 and be as much specific to my main keyword, but at the same time I am not sure if I'll be able to link well for my 2nd keywords.
Option 1
Term 1, Term 2, Term 3 - they are more or less related
Tittle: Term 1 and Term 2 and Term 3
Keywords: term 1, term 2, term 3
Meta description: Term 1, la lalal mama term 2, ta da da lalaaas term 3
or
Option 2
Tittle: Term 1
Keywords: term 1, term 2, term 3
Meta description: Term 1, la lalal mama term 2, ta da da lalaaas term 3

And forget about the Meta Keywords tag, it's useless

Always better to focus a page on less so that you can do more. I would have term one and then brand signals for your title tag. I would consider this the best option and just create a couple more pages. Unless they are extremely extremely close keywords like blue widget and blue widgets.

Your SEO strategy depends upon your desire. You stated your wish to "improve my rank for couple of terms". Everyone wants to improve their ranking. The question is, how bad do you want it?
If you wish to maximize your ranking on a given page, you will focus one keyword or phrase. Your page title will focus that same phrase along with your H1 tag. Your content will also begin with that phrase.
There is nothing hidden or ingenious here. It is pure SEO basics applied. The site that executes best on this process is wikipedia, which is a large part of why they rank so well on so many terms. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vitamin_C
Example article on Vitamin C
Title: Vitamin C
H1 tag: Vitamin C
Article: Vitamin C is an essential nutrient......

Changing Targeted Keywords on Landing Page
So we have a landing page that is ranking for a few of our targeted keywords but we are thinking about splitting the page into two and moving some of the content onto its own page. Our page at the moment has allot of content for keyword A and a little bit for keyword B, we are ranking for quite a few search terms around keyword A and a couple (but allot less) around keyword B, so we want to create a new page with content for keyword B ...hopefully that makes sense... So my question is are there any best practices around this sort of thing? We obviously dont want to negatively affect the rankings we are already gaining for keyword A and I'm worried that moving content around will do that. Thanks!

Keywords in SEO Moz versus Keywords on pages
II'm a little confused by how the SEO Moz keywords relate to our page keywords. Should all the keywords we put in SEO Moz be in our page keywords? Can our SEO Moz keywords span the kepywords of severla pages or do we need ot tighten up and only use 5 for example keywords in SEO Moz and on our pages? Thanks!

Keyword Difficulty Tool
Hello, I've been using the above more and more - with some great results. I have just run a report for a brand term and that brand has the new style sitelinks - 12 in total. So the output from the Keyword Difficulty Tool is focussed solely on the main url and then 9 sitelinks, rather than 10 different domains. Is there anyway around this? What do people think I should do? Is it: a) ok to use the output or b) because the output is skewed to one domain is the data not robust enough or... c) something else?? Thanks Alex
