Anyone used Fatjoe?

Interested to know if anyone has used or using Fatjoe content/blogger outreach.
Seems fairly expensive, but reasonable quality.
Reviews or comments welcome.
Thanks

Hi
While I have never used the service - it seems pretty expensive to me. For one link on a site with DA30+ its going to cost £80.
Especially as from the looks of it you can't decide which sector the link is on - seems very grey / black hat to me, where its all about having a link. So you could sell car parts and get a link on a site that's about kitchens, might be DA30+ but not very relevant. Google knows where users click and will be putting more weight behind those metrics rather than website scoring metrics.
We usually look to get links for our clients where potential customers are that can drive traffic and sales as well as a ranking benefits.
While its probably more hard work than buying a link, its more natural, will give you greater benefits and you don't risk the chance of a Google penalty.
Thanks
Andy

Should I use the Change of Address in Search Console when moving subdomains to subfolders?
We have several subdomains for various markets for our business. We are in the process of moving those subdomains to subfolders on the main site. Example: boston.example.com will become example.com/boston And seattle.example.com will become example.com/seattle and so on. It's not truly a change of address, but should I use the change of address tool in GSC for all of these subdomains moving?

Letting Others Use Our Content: Risk-Free Attribution Methods
Hello Moz! A massive site that you've all heard of is looking to syndicate some of our original editorial content. This content is our bread and butter, and is one of the primary reasons why people use our site. Note that this site is not a competitor of ours - we're in different verticals. If this massive site were to use the content straight up, I'm fairly confident that they'd begin to outrank us for related terms pretty quickly due to their monstrous domain authority. This is complex because they'd like to use bits and pieces of the content interspersed with their own content, so they can't just implement a cross-domain canonical. It'd also be difficult to load the content in an iframe with noindex, nofollow header tags since their own content (which they want indexed) will be mixed up with ours. They're also not open to including a link back to the product pages where the corresponding reviews live on our site. Are there other courses of action that could be proposed that would protect our valuable content? Is there any evidence that using schema.org (Review and Organization schemas) pointing back to our review page URLs would provide attribution and prevent them from outranking us for associated terms?

Business Uses Third Party for Phone Number
I have a client that uses a third party rental agency to book their cabins. The client has that 3rd party company's number on the site and I have been tasked with building citations. I feel this will create a problem by using another company's number instead of a custom one just for this business. Thoughts on this matter?

Content Marketing: Use of the words "guest post" in outreach email
Hello, I'm marketing a useful article in our niche, appealing to the humanitarian side of things and I always show I'm a reciprocator. Should my wording in my outreach email be: ...to write a guest post around this article: http://... Or should I just ask if they want help with content and go from there? In other words, should I always call it a guest post for maximum conversions? Thanks.

Using unique content from "rel=canonical"ized page
Hey everyone, I have a question about the following scenario: Page 1: Text A, Text B, Text C Page 2 (rel=canonical to Page 1): Text A, Text B, Text C, Text D Much of the content on page 2 is "rel=canonical"ized to page 1 to signalize duplicate content. However, Page 2 also contains some unique text not found in Page 1. How safe is it to use the unique content from Page 2 on a new page (Page 3) if the intention is to rank Page 3? Does that make any sense? 🙂

How does the use of Dynamic meta tags effect SEO?
I'm evaluating a new client site which was built buy another design firm. My question is they are dynamically creating meta tags and I'm concerned that it is hurting their SEO. When I view the page source this is what I see. <meta name="<a class="attribute-value">keywords</a>" id="<a class="attribute-value">keywordsGoHere</a>" content="" /> <meta name="<a class="attribute-value">description</a>" id="<a class="attribute-value">descriptionGoesHere</a>" content="" /> <title id="<a class="attribute-value">titleGoesHere</a>">title> To me it looks like the tags are not being added to the page, however the title is showing when you view it in a browser and if use a spider view tool, it sees the title. I'm guess it is being called from a DB. So I'm a little concerned though that the search engines are not really seeing the title and description. I'm not worried about the keywords tag. Can anyone shed some light on how this might work? Why it might not being showing the text for the description in the page code and if that will hurt SEO? Thanks for the help!
