When To And When To Not Use AMP

Hi All,
I hope someone might be able to help me with this. I am looking at implementing AMP on a website. I have been doing a stack of research into advantages of using AMP etc. However I am struggling to find an answer to when I should not / where not to be implementing AMP.
More specifically I see large sites that are running AMP but it does not seem to be on all pages, how is the best way to determine when or when not I should be using AMP.

Mark, for our WordPress client sites and our own sites, we're implementing AMP on all pages on the site(s). What we know is that Google's implementation (adding the pages to the results) is changing, and we don't know what the rollout plan is in search. We started only seeing it on news sites, but it's been expanded.
I do recommend making the pages available on sites if it doesn't take away from the content on the pages. So, if the content of a page relies heavily on images, for example, it might not be appropriate to use AMP or have an AMP version because it really isn't going to be a mobile friendly page. But, if it's primarily content-based or text-based, then you would want AMP to be available on those pages.

Well, the only example we can think of when someone avoids using AMP on purpose is if they want particular pages of the website (for example those which convert better on mobile) to rank higher in mobile search than other pages of the website (which for some reason are built not as mobile friendly as the first ones). In that case, they can use AMP on the first type of pages and not use it on the second type.

Do You Add City Name & Key Word For Every Page?
Hello, I'm new to SEO but feel I have a decent grasp on it. However, I had a question pertaining to key words and using my city name in it. For instance, if I am using the key word "herniated disc treatment" do I need to put in my city name behind it or does google recognize that I am already in my city area because of my geo tagging and having it listed on the footer of my site? Using Bold text for keywords

Using the Same Word in Every URL
Just looking to get some opinions on this. Some coupon sites use "coupon" in all of their URLs - this is a practice I would avoid, as to me it is a little spammy. For example:

.com/amazon-coupons/
.com/ebay-coupons/
.com/walmart-coupons/
... and so on for thousands of other brands. I don't think this is necessary, as Google will understand from the content, backlinks and the domain name (including the word "coupon") that brand pages are coupon-focused. Any other thoughts on this?0 -
Difference in using dividers in TITLE TAG
Hi everyone, i know that dividers in title or even title tag doesnt have much of an impact on better rankings. I had great rankings for many keywords, not using dividers or using only one divider. However for better reading comprehension and usability, and also aesthetics i started to use the pipe as my main divider and other secondary dividers. I saw many pages drop in rankings vs other less competent and with less content pages. My format was as follows: Product Brand | Product description - Additional info or local info ie. Fiber Glass MBI | Insulation Batts for Home and Commercial use - Acoustic and Thermal Insulation I changed the format for a handful of pages, and saw immediate results on rankings and traffic on those pages. Product Brand with Product Description - Additional Info ie. Fiber Glass MBI Insulation Batts for Commercial use - Acoustic and Thermal Insulation. Does it sound like something i should implement page wide. I personally like the aesthetics of the pipe as it gives a cleaner look, but the better rankings on the changed pages with using only one divider makes me think. Changing Location & Losing Location Based Keywords
We're a web agency, and we've just moved from Bromley to Sevenoaks. Our website ranks really well for all Bromley led keywords and regularly brings enquiries, but we're no longer based in Bromley. We don't want to lose our rankings, but clearly we can't claim to be based in Bromley when we are now in Sevenoaks. Obviously, we also need to start using Sevenoaks to build up traction for searches in our new area. So the question is - should we create a Bromley or Sevenoaks focused landing page (or both)? Should we change all references of Bromley to Sevenoaks across the site in one go or gradually? Would it be terrible to leave Bromley onsite? Thanks!

Removing old URLs that are being used for my on page optimization?
Is there a way to remove old URL's that are still being used for my keywords for my on page optimization? They are giving me grades of F since they no longer exist and if I change the URL to the current one, the grade becomes an A, but they are still showing after the new crawl.
