Confused by "Exact Keyword Used in Document Text at Least Once".
-
Hi,
I am using the On-Page Grader to improve the SEO for certain keywords on certain pages.
I have received the notification that the "Exact Keyword Used in Document Text at Least Once".
Well from the looks of it I have already done this but I want to make sure that im checking the right thing.
What does it mean when it says document text as I assumed it was text on the page but its not reading it as that.
Any feedback would be appreciated

Hey there!
The 'Document Text' does refer to the text on the page - I'm afraid though it is possible that the On-Page Grader isn't counting keywords used on the page correctly. We have seen this before, and the team has made the decision that they're not going to be pursuing fixes for the On-Page Grader tool at this time. The same functionality is available through the Page Optimization section of your campaigns, and in the Page Optimization tool from the MozBar, and those tools are far more reliable than the On-Page Grader. We'd recommend using the these instead for all your Page Optimization needs going forward.
If you're still running into the same problem using the Page Optimization tool, please do pop a message over to [email protected] with an example of a keyword/URL combination, and we'll be more than happy to investigate.

Are we actually getting accurate data on keyword volumes from Moz (or other sources)?
I have a client who does patio furniture repair and restoration. When performing keyword research in Moz for terms like "patio furniture repair" I see that only 11-50 people in the entire US are searching for this term according to the Moz data. However, running an Adwords campaign currently and our top keyword is the phrase match for "patio furniture repair" which has generated over 100 clicks in just a couple of months in ONE county. Is there a better way to research more accurate results on search volume estimates? This makes organic SEO and keyword targeting hard! Thanks, Ricky

Fresh Web Explorer: if you put a keyword in quotes, is it case sensitive?
For example, would a saved search for "racor fuel filter" capture mentions of "Racor fuel filter"? I'm really hoping I don't have to duplicate the keywords with the alternative capitalisations!! Many thanks Steve

Keyword explorer not working
Hi there, The keyword explorer tool has been malfunctioning for the last week. Moz barely seem to have any data (Search Volume) for any keywords I search for, particularly for suggested keywords. It's rather frustrating as I can't explore any keyword opportunities using the Moz keyword tool... I'm based in the UK BTW. Thanks I've attached a screenshot as an example. ZX3Kw3H.jpg

Keywords Score Meter
Hi Moz, I am using the keywords difficulty tool from your site and find it is quite useful 🙂 I research the community and find the data should be interpreted in the following way. But when I did a quick research for one keyword. The tool bar gives me a data of 22% showing in Yellow and says the keyword is competitive when I hover my mouse. Should this be **Blue **and easy to rank keyword based on the score? Which one should I believe? Sub 30 - (Blue) Low hanging fruit you can take advantage of. 30 - 35 (Green) Fairly easy with good on page and some quality anchored links. 35 - 40 - (Yellow) Will take a bit more work but still in reach may require, good on-site SEO and a solid link profile. 40 - 50 (Orange) Domain authority plays a much more pivotal role so it may take longer to rank for. 50+ (Red) All about resources. Onsite SEO needs to be totally nailed, including internal linking/ topic modelling etc. a strong & diverse link profile with good social signals and ... time. Thanks in advance. Meta Robots "Index, Follow"
In my MozBar under "General Attributes" it says "index, follow" next to Meta Roberts for one of our client's websites. I've never seen "index, follow" before. I've seen it say "not found." What does index, follow mean and is that a bad thing? I know the reason should be obvious but this site has had a lot of problems and I'm wondering if this is related.

On Page Grader - We have keyword in Meta Description But does not show up
The on-page grader is not counting/picking up the keyword in the meta description. We have double checked the meta description and re-uploaded the page, and checked the source code on-line. The keyword is there in meta description, but not showing up in on-page-grader. https://www.trustdeedrealestateinvesting.com/trimarkfunding/buy-first-trust-deeds.html keyword buy first trust deeds

Keyword Tool using Bing instead of Google
I'm trying to analyze some keywords, and I've selected 'Google' and 'United States' - but when the ranking comes back, it is showing up as the rankings for Bing. Any idea why this continues to happen? Thanks!

Hi I am using the "Keyword Difficulty" tool and selecting "Google US". But the report that gets generated shows "Bing Search Volume (Exact Match). Is there any way to get "Google Search Volume (Exact Match)" being shown in the report? Regards
