Moz Listing Paused
-
One of my Moz listings is paused because "Listing not found on Google or Facebook." My Google account is linked to Moz and the listing is showing in Google results and on the back end of Google My Business but it is not showing in the Import option.
You can see the listing does exist and is live on Google: https://www.google.com/maps/place/Woodstock+Furniture+%26+Mattress+Outlet/@34.088617,-84.584448,15z/data=!4m2!3m1!1s0x0:0x8ea1bc3d2994cbf4?hl=en&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiq5ZXejtPYAhXHyoMKHYJGDmsQ_BIIqAEwCw
Any ideas on how I can resolve this issue? Thank you in advance.

Sometimes, it stops to work may be due to an update. I have faced the same issue in my CDNcare.ca site.

Anytime!
This appears to be a result with Facebook's new locations pages. Each location will have a unique ID we would verify with. The original ID is still connected to the app so I have manually changed this to point to the correct one and your listing is now unpaused

Hi David,
Thank you for your response! So the address is listed under "Locations" tab on the Facebook page. They have 4 business locations. Would I need to reverify with the actual location page?
I would like to sync the Google account but it is not giving me that option under the import tab.

Hello!
Sorry to see your listing being paused. Moz Local does not directly link to Google Maps or Facebook listings URLs. The tool continuously monitors for the complete NAP (Name, Address, Phone) displayed on these pages and if any part of the NAP is removed, this will result in pausing the listing.
Your listing is verified against Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/WoodstockFurnitureOutlet/
The pause is the result of the street address being removed from the page. To unpause, you will need to restore the complete physical address and make sure the data is also matching what you have on Google Maps.
After restoring the address, our tool will automatically check within a week to unpause the listing.
Hope this helps and let me know if you have any questions.

Uploading CSV for MOZ Local: The CSV you uploaded contains no listings.
I keep getting this error message. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, or what. Basically, I have filled in all the information, and not edited the parts where I have no information to populate. Gives the error: The CSV you uploaded contains no listings. Thanks.

Moz Local - Needed for good measure?
Hello, Before Moz Local was released, I had worked with a 3rd party vendor and established citations throughout several, several domains. There may had been some directories, such as the databases, that we were unsuccessful at because we're 70 locations and they wanted to charge high fees for bulk. We also were unsuccessful with Yahoo, Yellow Pages and Citysearch (for various reasons that are too complex to get into here). 1. Would it be beneficial to also use Moz Local for good measure and to cover some, if not all, domains we had difficulties with? 2. Would that be duplicating our efforts and/or cause duplicate listings? 3. Can we cherry-pick which domains we want? Thanks.
