Why would a site (competitor) show up in Keyword SERPs Analysis but not show up in Rank Tracker for the same keyword?
-
I used Rank Tracker to evaluate a specific site for "geofencing software" - the result was "not in the top 50." However, if I go to Keyword SERP analysis and put in the same keyword "geofencing software," it shows the specific site within the first page results in SERP. I verified the ranking with a google search of my own and the site does show in the first page results.
Why is Rank Tracker not matching Keyword SERP results?
-
Google is much quicker to index than 3rd parties. It is most likely a lag in the rank tracker.
Keep in mind, SERP results change multiple times per day and URL's are always shifting rankings. If it doesn't show up in the next few days comment again on this thread and ill see if I can help further!

Moz Toolbar "Get Keyword Difficulty"
New Moz Pro user here, and I've a question about the green "Get Keyword Difficulty" button that shows up to the right of the Google Search Keyword Term Input field after a successful search. Clicking on this seems to have no effect for me what-so-ever. Doesn't take me to the keyword tool, download a report, or add anything to the one screen link analyses in the search results. In short, i'm not sure how this tool is supposed to function. I'm using the latest version of Google Chrome (Version 52.0.2743.60 beta-m (64-bit)) on a Windows 10 machine.

Why Aren't All My Backlinks Appearing in Open Site Explorer?
Cross-referenced on Google Webmaster Tools and it looks like MOZ isn't pulling all my links. Any reason why? Thanks in advance!

Open site explorer is giving me strange redirect message.
Hi all, I tried to find answer in help section. Few people have asked this before but in none of the answers it tells how they fix it. Sorry I will need to ask here again. In Open Site Explorer i get this message. You entered the URL https://a-fotografy.co.uk/ which redirects to http://www.a-fotografy.co.uk/. Because it's likely to have more accurate metrics, we're showing data for the redirected URL instead. Click here to analyze https://a-fotografy.co.uk/ instead? My current site is https://a-fotografy.co.uk/ not sure why it is redirecting to my old domain. Weird. My web developer couldn't explain this issue. Saying that I also go my first analytics report and in priority issues I have http://a-fotografy.co.uk 302 redirect and not sure where it is redirecting to. If someone could shed some light of how to figure out how to find exactly what is redirecting to what and where is the problem. Thank you guys, Regards, Armands

Open Site Explorer
I have entered my site (patioenjoyment.com) a few different times into the OSE and it never seems to find it, MOZ has found it because it has done the crawl test for me a few times, found some issues and I have been working on those. But I assume that if it is able crawl my site it should find it to run the OSE. It has come back with "**It looks like we haven't discovered established link data for this URL yet." everytime. ** Thanks, Julie

Is there an efficient way to use Open Site Explorer to find unnatural or harmful links
We have a new client with 8 sites that we would like to 301 to a new site. However, before doing so we want to make sure that the backlinks are not unnatural or harmful in any way. Using open site explorer (other than just looking at exact anchor text vs brand anchor text ratio) is there a way to determine low quality inbound sites linking in? or any type of links google will find manipulative?
