Seomoz Customer Service does anyone feel let down

I would like to know if anyone else feels let down by seomoz and their customer service. I will give you a couple of examples why i feel let down.
I contacted customer services over an issue a couple of weeks a go and never got an answer from them, and the second issue is the private question that you can ask. I asked many days ago and it was an important question and it has still not been answered.
I am just wondering what we are paying for by using this site and if other customers of this service feel let down like me.

can anyone help us... we found this post and here it is 2013 and We are having the same issue. We can't sign up. We sent in a response but still no response.

Always had a pretty prompt response from the mozzers. If I have a query I'd like a more immediate response, I usually give them a holler on twitter @seomoz

I checked with the help desk, and they looked at the questions associated with your profile email. There was a reply from the help team to your most recent question, but maybe you didn't receive that? If you can give us the ticket number you got with your initial request, we can look that up and get back to you. The email from the help desk would have zendesk in the domain, which might help with a search to see if that email got filtered somehow.
For questions, we did have a problem for about two days where people could submit both private and public questions and they wouldn't be displayed, even to staff. This happened at the same time as the new OpenSiteExplorer was released and MozCon started, so it took a little longer than usual to reply. I do see a question from two days ago that had a response written earlier this morning. If this is not the question you're referring to, please send me a private message and I'll investigate further. Private questions can take a few days for a response, and combined with the Q&A being down stuff did get a little slower. We're so sorry about that, and Associates are going to be working this weekend to help clear up the backlog.

I have been very happy up to today when I can't ask questions because you now need 500 moz points. I really enjoy the ability to ask questions to fellow experienced seo people. I had a genuine and good question on directories and paid links on directories I wanted to ask but couldn't as a result .

They are also in the middle of "Mozcon" which is a 3 day very long and intensive conference.
The only time I called customer service, my issue was literally resolved in under 90 seconds from the time I dialed. I even tweeted about it I was so impressed. So all positive here.
That makes me think, did you try sending a tweet to @seomoz or any of the employees?

I called in one time because I had a problem and was instantly answered on the phone by staff and it was resolved. I also tweeted them about my Q&A questions not coming up and I got a response within a few hours.
I understand how you feel not getting responses back, but I think in general they're doing a good job.

I personally have never had an issue with the customer support tickets, always quick and courtesy. As for the "private questions" i have found them to take a full week (7 days) until i get a first response. I'm not sure if they are taking that long to formulate the best response or if they are just that busy?

ok that may answer that question but what about responding to emails. I have had lots of friends of mine who work in the website industry who have been thinking about joining this company and also people at business groups have asked me about this company and have asked me to let them know how i feel it beneifts me. At the moment i have nothing positive to say about seomoz.

SEOMoz rocks, but is it breaking Google's webmaster guidelines when it comes to check rankings?
Hi all, The Google's webmaster guideline in question reads... "Don't use unauthorized computer programs to submit pages, check rankings, etc. Such programs consume computing resources and violate our Terms of Service. Google does not recommend the use of products such as WebPosition Gold™ that send automatic or programmatic queries to Google." So, when WebPosition Gold is not recommended then how come SEOMoz is acceptable to check ranks for websites belonging to SEOMoz PRO? Do Google neglects breaking of few guidelines by good boys? How do you use SEOmoz
I'm a newbie here. I've got a week left on my free trail. I really like SEOmoz, I might even love it a bit. 🙂 I'm trying to justify the cost. I usually don't spend money on my Internet Marketing. I've done it through finally buying some tools to help me get there. Massive change in the last year. I'm a long ways from getting rich YET though. 🙂 I've gone from $30 a month to $1000 a month in a year. So I think I'm on my way now. I'm trying to figure out why I should continue my subscription and actually start paying for it. If I were a developer I can certainly see why but the cost would so go way up. 🙂 I'm in the lowest level package with only five websites. I have 10 I'm working on. I know that's probably five to many at one time. I'm having a little trouble justifying the cost at this time. At my income level $100 a month is significant. I can see the value of seeing where my competition has backlinks. Sometimes my competition is Cnet. haha Well, I can beat them on a specific page at times. Hmm, can I search the URL list for links? Perhaps i can if I export it. That didn't occur to me. Now that could be of use if I can find my keywords. If their link is on Amazon though, I'm going to have trouble getting a link there. 🙂 Maybe I should work on less competitive links but I made good money last month with one page that was beating them. WAS beating them. How do you use SEOmoz? How do you justify the cost, that is offset the expense. If its not making me money i don't see the value. I can get a lot of this information for free but it sure is easier to get it here. Which saves me time. And the other tool i use isn't that good and not always reliable and slow. I've got a week left on my free trail. I had decided to let it go but now I'm reconsidering. $100 is a lot for me and I need to spend more on SEO outsourcing. I wonder if I wouldn't be better off dropping it for a while and then coming back. This certainly isn't mean to be a critical post at all. I'm looking for reasons to stay and make better use of it. SEOMoz Toolbar in Chrome
The SEOMoz toolbar is displayed very differently in Chrome as compared with Firefox. It 'overlaps' the page, showing on top of the content instead of offsetting the page/window. In other words, the footer or the header of the page (depending on what toolbar location is chosen in the Settings) is eclipsed by the Toolbar. This was not an issue in Firefox. Has anyone experienced the same problem with the toolbar? How can I make the toolbar integrate into the browser window itself rather that popping up on top of the rendered webpage? Thanks.

I just see the number of duplicates but not what the urls of the duplicates are? I don't see it in the export either, but maybe I'm missing it Cheers S

Help with SEOmoz API
Hi guys, I'm trying to make API requests from my webserver via PHP. I'd like to retrieve data from the SEOmoz URL Metrics API. Unfortunately I always get the error response "unauthorized" even when I copy and paste the Sample Valid API Signature generated by your system into the browser. Is Signed Authentication not longer supported? I even tried the sample PHP Code SignedAuth.php but there's the same problem, too. If signed authentication is not longer available, do you have a code example for the basic http authorization? Thanks, Brandon
