Do you run Facebook pages for your clients?

If so,how?
Sorry if this sounds like a really vague question but our client has asked us to take control of their Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn account and Im just trying to research the best practice for this?
Any advise would be greatly appreciated!

Our clients are providers of serviced apartments so they want to use their social media sites to advertise available apartments etc as well as to interact with their followers etc. This is something we can easily do however, i'm just unsure as to how much time to we should be putting aside for this and how to come up with a plan of action. Does that make sense?!
Sorry if this sounds vague, I'm relatively new to SEO and I find discussing these topics with more knowledgeable people than myself helps me to understand how to go forward.

The answer to this question will vary depending upon the type of business your client is running, company philosophy towards customers and the resources that the company has to engage visitors to their facebook page.
If you are asking about "how this is done" then maybe you should not be running clients facebook pages. Also, there are certain types of businesses and Facebook engagement strategies that will require you to have very deep knowledge about the clients products, how they are used, etc.

Client wants to promote his game for kickstarter

Can you redirect old abandoned Twitter/Facebook accounts?
My client has a Facebook profile and a Twitter account that they have abandoned. These pages also have old branding and we would like to redirect these pages in some way to the current Facebook and Twitter accounts. Tool like Followerwonk for Facebook?
Hi For Twitter using Followerwonk you can gauge the influence on what a person/brand is using a tool like Follwerwonk helping you find the most influential twitter users based on a number of metrics. But is there a similar tool for Facebook which shows which brands/companies Facebook sites have the most influence. Or is the best way to gauge this is just on their number of likes? which is not really accurate

Facebook 'SEO', Likes and Fans
I spent a bit of time this morning combing Google looking for some documentation on SEO for Facebook, specifically the value of 'likes', when liking one's status, how that effects the visibility of a given post and basically the criteria for creating whatever they deem a post to have gone 'viral'. I'm convinced there has to be some answers for my first two questions... ....somewhere. Likewise, I can appreciate if there's nothing available to answer my third question pertaining to 'viral criteria'. Nevertheless, if anyone has any resources/documentation that could provide me some insight into how FB interprets 'likes', how an increased number of 'likes' may lead to greater visibility and (more or less) the mechanics of how this interacts with the entire Facebook structure, I would greatly appreciate it. What effect does Google Plus Business Pages have on SEO?
It looks like Google is putting a definite emphasis on social signals, through Google+ anyway. Has anyone tested the effect of social circles on SEO yet? Same effects as the "magical +1 button?" +1 on shifting your time and resources to Social Media?

How much power does using keywords on Facebook and Twitter have from an SEO perspective?
Hi all, When we add a new Christmas party package onto our website I always tweet about it with a link to the party page, utilizing a tweet such as : "New Manchester Christmas parties", followed by the link. How much power (if any) does utilizing the key phrase Manchester Christmas parties have on SEO for that page? Bearing in mind the link is shortened and doesn't mention the keywords anywhere in it, they are only present in the tweet itself. Similarly, on our company Facebook page I always post a link with a title such as "check out our new Manchester Christmas parties". Does this have much SEO benefit for the page I'm directing the link to? Many thanks!!

Custom facebook page
Hi guys I have been building custom facebook pages using fbml but now i see talk of using iframes....can you guys please tell me what is best practice at the moment to build custom facebook pages and if there is a tut you can direct me to......i would prefer the iframe method but want to be clear on the process. thanks for your time cheers
