Why is the page title sometimes missing in the API results? It exists on the page and in the "keyword difficulty tool", but missing in the API. It is never returned when upa= 1For example:stdClass Object(

Hey!
Page title is missing from the API in this example because we only saw the link and did not crawl the page. This is indicated by the value returned in the "us" column indicating whether or not we crawled the page. A "0" means that we did not crawl the page.
The Keyword Difficulty tool pulls some metrics from the API, but is able to get the page title while searching the keyword. The tools is not querying the API for the title.
Unfortunately, in this case, there won't be a way to get the page title for this URL.

Avg Page Load Time (sec) Comppared to site average - what does it mean?

GA Landing Page Inaccuracies
I had seen a thread on this a while back but no solution posted. There was a link posted to someone else explaining the issue but I got a 404 when clicking. Have a client that does mostly PPC and they are getting their conversion page showing up as landing page from paid many times. This is definitely not a sitelink, etc. The only way you get to this page is if you filled out the form. There are a few other pages showing up as landing pages that don't make sense too. Can this be attributed to someone being "inactive" for 30 minutes and then coming back and performing an action on this page (leaving)? If so, does this double count the conversion if a page visit here is a conversion? Just trying to make sense of the landing page report showing so many instances of our conversion page. I want to take down some pages, how do I inform google?
Hey Guys, I'm hoping someone can help - I'm in the midst of a site re-design - whilst one of our biggest reasons for the redesign was to create more space to write valuable content and unique content I have been reading other posts on moz about content auditing. I have come across a few articles in my own blog that are from 250 - 300 words to which the articles seem similar and the traffic is low. I'm wondering while I'm left to consolidate these articles and create a fresh article for each entry that is more in-depth, when I consolidate or delete these pages - do I need to inform google these pages have now been deleted? If so using Wordpress what is the best way to do this? Cheers and would appreciate some advise Thanks

Irrelevant page with high bounce rate
I have a page on my site, www.waikoloavacationrentals.com/kolea-rentals/floor-plans, that gets me roughly 17% of my traffic. That being said it is not really relevant traffic because it comes from the search term "floor plans", which really has nothing to do with Hawaii vacation rentals, which is what I do. My question is does Google know how to figure that out when they are looking at my stats or is there a way to let google know that that page probably should not show up for that search phrase? On the positive, they are nice floor plans and if someone is searching for ideas for floor plans and see one of them in google images then it probably could help them, but it really is not relevant to my business. It has a 80% bounce rate, but does have an average time on page of 1.5 minutes, which is a fair amount for what is there.

Why such a high page rank with so low metrics in OSE

www.s123parka123ble.com (remove the 123) All websites I have ever seen with similar metrics in OSE have normally a PR of 2 or 3 or max 4. This one is PR 5 and I would like to know why. I also noticed that they do not redirect the urls without www. to www. Which is normally bad ... can it be good for some reason in this case? It is PR 5 since a long time I just can´t get why it is PR 5. Please have a look. Thanks!0 -

Google Search Quality Team I have ran all kinds of web crawl tests, Google webmaster, talked with SEO “Experts” and still can not figure out what is happening. I decided to use a couple of SEOmoz tools to try to help me explain what is happening. I figured that if I could take a very specific and unique KeyPhrase and run it on a specific page that I might be able to better explain what is happening. Basically, We appear to be no longer searchable by key words or phrases on google?
Here is an example:

GA custom reports involving pages and goals - what are the metrics saying?
Hi, All! I would like to create a custom report that will enable me to see which of my pages are contributing to goal completion on my site (so I can then optimize the pages that are contributing the most, with maximal ROI for the optimization investment). If I make the dimension "page/page title" and the metric "goal X completions" - which would make sense - what exactly are the numbers that I am seeing telling me? Is it how many times a person started the goal funnel from that pages (meaning every goal would appear only once and there be no overlap)? That doesn't appear to be the case with the numbers, because the headline in the main "Goals" section tells me I have 30 goal completions for that goal, for example, but the headline in the custom report (which is adding up all the numbers) is, say, 100. Or does it mean the number of times that this page was ever in the navigation path of someone who ended up completing a goal? Then the same goal would be counted multiple times, for each page in the path. Additionally, I see this strange thing on some of my reports where the actual funnel pages appear as contributing towards goals, which I guess makes sense, but again the numbers don't match up. If the goal was to get to page B, and the funnel was A->B, and there were supposedly 30 goal completions, my custom report says that A gave 28 goal completions and B gave 25. Anyone know for sure - or through testing - what the case is with all these things? Any explanations will be much appreciated!
