I am using SEOmoz pro software and my blog tags are bringing up 404 errors.
-
After checking they do bring back a 404 page, so i am wondering what to do. Do i remove all the blog tags? We use a Drupal cms system.

%20 represents a space character.
The proper URL to your "print quotas" tag page is: http://www.altman.co.uk/category/blog-tags/print-quotas
Notice the above link works. You need to examine your site's crawl report, locate the "referrer" field for the 404 error and examine the referring page for the broken link.

Below is one of the URLs, when clicking on any of the blog tags it takes me to a 404.
Not a hugely experienced SEO'er so any help is much appreciated.
-
If your blog tags are bringing up 404 errors, your CMS is not configured correctly. Can you share an example URL of a tag page?

pages. Few days ago I was tweaking some settings in SEO plugin according to this post https://mza.seotoolninja.com/blog/setup-wordpress-for-seo-success What I noticed was that 404 pages were coming from my blog posts, but for
some reason category was missing in those posts. For example this link is 404

Odd 404 pages
Evening all, I've performed a Screaming Frog technical crawl of a site, and it's returning links like this as 404s: http://clientsite.co.uk/accidents-caused-by-colleagues/js/modernizr-2.0.6.min.js Now, I recognise that Modernizr is used for detecting features in the user's browser - but why would it have created an indexed page that no longer exists? Would you leave them as is? 410 them? Or do something else entirely? Thanks for reading, I look forward to hearing your thoughts! Kind regards, John.

Is it a good idea to use the rel canonical tag to refer to the original source?
Sometimes we place our blog post also on a external site. In this case this post is duplicated. Via the post we link to the original source but is it also possible to use the rel canonical tag on the external site? For example: The original blogpost is published on http://www.original.com/post The same blogpost is published on http:///www.duplicate.com/post. In this case is it wise to put a rel canonical on http://www.duplicate.com/post like this: ? What do you think? Thanks for help! Robert

Where to host my blog
If I cannot have my blog on my main site, what is the second best option? It is currently on Blogger, but I am wondering if it would be worth it to move it to blog.mainsite.com. Thanks!
