What is the difference between my pages' keyword rank and keyword-specific SERP?
I've been tasked with identifying high volume keywords for products our company sells and optimizing our copy and listings to rank higher on Google. The Keyword Explorer and On-Page Grader have been fantastic for this, but as I write my reports, i'm not sure whether SERP or Moz's keyword page rank would be more accurate for reporting results and movement. For instance, one of our product pages ranks #12 for the highest (relevant) volume keyword, but when looking at the SERP analysis for that keyword, our product page actually shows up at #7 down the list. I've tried naturally searching in Google in case it was an issue of private results based on my user data but it seems to give the same result. Am I conflating two different tools? Or is the Moz rank just an estimate?

Moz is treating my pages as duplicate content but the pages have different content in reality
Attached here is a screenshot of links with duplicate content. Here are some links that is also based on the screenshot http://federalland.ph/construction_updates/paseo-de-roces-as-of-october-2015 http://federalland.ph/construction_updates/sixsenses-residences-tower-2-as-of-october-2015/ http://federalland.ph/construction_updates/sixsenses-residences-tower-3-as-of-october-2015 The links that I have placed here have different content. So I don't why they are treated as duplicates BWWJuvQ

Open Site Explorer: Facebook Shares, Likes, etc.
I don't fully understand what this means in the report for our site: http://screencast.com/t/aG5jbkYWLA here is our site: www.discountqueens.com & we have thousands of fans & facebook likes and all the time on all our posts. For example yesterday we had 73 likes on this post alone: http://www.discountqueens.com/amazon-ultimate-shrinky-dinks-jewelry-designer-1495/ So here's my questions: Is there an error in the reporting? Are we using a social sharing method that isn't giving us valid credit for these links? What should I consider doing differently & why isn't our likes, shares, tweets & Google+ being calculated into our score?

Rankings Different in Serps from Report
My site shows up on page one for many search queries, but I'm "not in the top 50" for those same terms according to the rankings report. Having troubleshooted the problem, it may be a canonical issue. I did not include www when I originally set up my reports and it seems that my site shows up in search results with www. However; if you type in the url without the www, it will automatically forward to the page with www. I did this intentionally in order not to get penalized for duplicate content pages. So here's my question: If I've got one page redirected to the other, shouldn't the rankings report also follow that redirect? If so, then it should show the correct results, right? Thanks, Dino

Social Media Monitoring not working
Hi there, Anyone having problems with the Blogscape Social Media Monitoring tool or is it just me?
Moz Pro | | lenineto
I've tried it in 3 different browsers (Safari, Firefox and Chrome) but all show the same thing: a white rectangle (where I supposed it would be a graph). If I type anything on the box at the top and hit enter, the text box gets emptied. Typing something and then changing the time (from 2 weeks to 1 month, for example), produces no result. Thanks Leni Neto0 -
