Anyone Know of Good Reputation Management Software?

Does anyone know of a Really Good Reputation Management Software or service? Something that will allow me to post reviews and monitor reviews in real time?

Mark-
Your awesome man! Thank you for the advice and the through response. That helps me out a lot!

Kyle- Its all about what you can budget and how pressing the needs are. We have used a couple different systems......here is what I know:
We are currently using brands eye.com. it has been the most affordable solution. They allow you a 2 week trial and I think we are paying $200 a month and searching on 10-20 search phrases........we change the phrases mid month to get more options. No cost to get it set up. Solid program but doesn't have all the bells and whistles.
Fo just social media, sprout.com was a great solution. We are still using it to manage all of our clients social accounts and it has reputation management functionality we use.....but it doesn't help in the normal search engine analysis and posting.
We tried reputation.com for a couple of clients and it works well. They have a personal and business service that is powerful. In certain circumstances I would recommend them....but they were nickel and dining us for all the services.. Nothing is bundled...everything is extra. they charged us a base of $99 and then added fees for everything else.....
We also demos media vantage and it was powerful software. But it is set up for big brands......big monthly and set up fees but as a large company it would be a no brainer if it was important. had every tool and feature you could imagine. Automated updates and emails. All kinds of analysis......it was the ferrarri, but we didn't need the ferrarri.
Hope this helps......

Rep Management with Google+ > Help Needed
My client, Pareto Law, have set themselves up with a Google Local Business listing:

https://plus.google.com/+paretolaw, and when searching for the Pareto Law brand this page appears a bit like a site-link under the main search result. I've noticed that other companies, such as moz.com, have their G+ page ranking seperately on page 1 of the SERPs. This is especially important for my client, as we're trying to push down other sites rankings for our brand. In an ideal world I'd want only their twitter, G+, linkedin, & facebook pages ranking amongst wikipedia entries and the like, as opposed to forums discussing my client. The question is, are Pareto Law able to set themselves up with a G+ business page as well as the G+ local listing page they presently have. Is that an acceptable setup, or are you supposed to have just one or the other? I'm struggling to differentiate between the 2.0 -
Is it a good idea to participate in review / giveaway bloggers
Hi, I sell Gift Baskets for children and the best customers are Moms. Is it a good idea to participate in review / giveaway mom bloggers? The way it works I give the blogger a product to review. They write their true experience with the Gift Basket and they link to my site Then we do a few product giveaway to moms / (bloggers subscriber) once a month. Then moms will review the winning products. To participate in drawing moms will visit my site, follow my tweeter. Like or dislike me on Facebook……. For each action they do they will get one extra chance on drawing. In here I will get few links to different page of the site. Are these links are good links? I am not paying cash to buy the link. But I give them product to review and they get to keep it. Simply Sassy Media at http://simplysassymedia.com/ is a good example. they manage and connect me to a lot of the blogger sites.

Reputation Management and Keyword Choice
I am assisting a company with reputation management. While we know we must use our brand name plus a modifier (or many different modifiers) within our numerous company owned blogs, websites as well as within press releases, blog entries, and article topics - so that we can hopefully get all of our sites to push out the negative ones for the use of our name - the question is whether to simultaneously compete for popular keyword terms to gain more secondary traffic that may not be looking for our company name but product? If getting more hits on our sites helps our rankings, then would it be worth targeting specific key phrases? Or, should we just focus on our brand name only at this point? Thanks, Pamela Ravenwood SEO Essential Solutions
