Google authorship program-sometimes it works..and sometimes ...
-
sometimes my picture shows up in search results and sometimes it doesn't. I find it depends who's computer I search. Is there a way to make it show up all the time for search results? Also, what determines if your picture shows up besides the article itself or just on the right in a general box showing your google+ profile?
-
What you are likely experiencing is the effects of personalized search results. That is, results when you are signed into Google (hence the differing results on different computers).
First you need to check that you have correctly implemented the authorship markup here:

Remember, there is no guarantee that a rich snippet will be shown in search results. If you need help implementing the markup then there are several guides you can find through Google.
Hope this helps,
Adam.

Does Google ignore duplicate meta descriptions?
Hi there SEO mozzers, I am dealing with a website that has duplicate meta descriptions (we know is bad).As a punishment, Google totally ignores the meta descriptions and picks content from the website and displays it in SERP. I already read the https://mza.seotoolninja.com/blog/why-wont-google-use-my-meta-description but I was wondering if there is more information/knowledge out there. Any tips are appreciated!

Google Manual Action Disappear
Hi Guys, I have a website that received unnatural link message. We had started link removal process, disavowed not approachable links and file reconsideration four times but all the times Google sent some samples of unnatural links and rejected our reconsideration. Last week we again disavowed non approachable links and planned to file reconsideration after a week but today when i tried to file reconsideration, Manual action message was disappeared. We haven't received any message from Google. The same case was happened with one more of our site earlier. Manual action disappeared means it has been revoked or something else??

Hi, We have an ecommerce site with around 4000 real pages. But our index count is at 47,000 pages in Google Webmaster Tools. How can I get a list of all pages indexed of our domain? trying to locate the duplicate content. Doing a "site:www.mydomain.com" only returns up to 676 results... Any ideas? Thanks, Ben

Google Places
If you rank on google places, I have noticed that you do not rank on the front page as well. I have a site that ranks on front page for it's keywords; however, because they are (1) on google places, they don't show up when someone is localized to that area. They show up on google places but not on front page. If you turn of localization, they are first in serps. How can I get around this? Two separate sites? One for Google+ (Places) and one for SERPS?

How does Google treat texts in spinning banners?
Hi All, Lately you see more and more JQuery slides in pages.
Intermediate & Advanced SEO | | BeytzNet
These banner slides can obviously contain html texts & links as well as photos. Does Google notice all of the texts in all of the slides of a page or does it notice only the first slide or alternatively somehow splits the weight it gives to the texts among the various slides. Thanks0 -
Link to Google Places, or Google Maps?
On our contact page, we offer a link to view Google Maps for directions. I'm wondering should we be linking to our Google Places page instead, or just stick with the Google Map link? Thanks!
