SEOmoz updates it's Linkscape index approximately every thirty days. The last update was finalized on May 31, so if you made changes since then, you won't see that data in any SEOmoz tools/reports that pull from the the index.
You're in luck though, the next index update is scheduled for Wednesday (June 27), so you should have a clearer picture of your site's inbound links then.
FYI:
The SEOmoz API / Linkscape Schedule
Google can take quite a while to update it's index, and sometimes four months or more to reassess penalties for violation of their policies (spam / paid links). You might consider filling out this form, which could possibly give you a "fresh start" by devaluing the numerous inbound links w/ identical anchor text. I haven't had any experience with the results, but I've read it can expedite a return to Pre-Penguin organic rankings and traffic. It's just an option, I'm not suggesting that you submit the feedback form without further research.
Hope this helps and good luck!

Panda has already had a data refresh and some sites have already jumped back:

If you got the changes made in good time for this update you may still have work to do or may need to get some worthwhile links to get a ranking similar to what you had before. A quick look at the keyword difficulty tool indicates this keyword is only moderately competitive so there is hope here, you just need to clean up your act, get some good links and start earning rather than buying that rank.
Without a link to your site we can only really offer the most basic and general of advice but I do hope this helps.
All the best

If they were boosting your rankings you will need to regain more backlinks, but proper backlinks so it may take a while. Google can leave the info for up to 4 months, not sure about Seomoz.

Should you bother disallowing low quality links with brand/non-commercial anchor text?
Hi Guys, Doing a link audit and have come across lots of low quality web directories pointing to the website. Most of the anchor text of these directories are the websites URL and not comercial/keyword focused anchor text. So if thats the case should we even bother doing a link removal request via google webmaster tools for these links, as the anchor text is non-commercial? Cheers.

What is the best way to go about product comparison text?
Our website is in the midst of a massive content enrichment project - we're moving from mostly catalog content to optimized web content. Our catalog and copy teams are hoping to include more product comparisons on the web (e.g. "unlike composite basketballs, rubber one's are more X..."), which can certainly provide useful information to our shoppers! However, from an SEO standpoint, we seem to have confused search engines when doing this in the past (i.e. the example above is currently ranked for a "composite basketball" term, not a rubber one). So... What is the best way to provide useful product comparisons without confusing search engines?

Same page Anchor Links vs Internal Link (Cannibalisation)
Hey Mozzers, I have a very long article page that supports several of my sub-category pages. It has sub-headings that link out to the relevant pages. However the article is very long and to make it easier to find the relevant section I was debating adding inpage anchor links in a bullet list at the top of the page for quick navigation. PAGE TITLE Keyword 1 Keyword 2 etc Keyword 1 Content

Keyword 2 Content Because of the way my predecessor wrote this article, its section headings are the same as the sub-categories they link out to and boost (not ideal but an issue I will address later). What I wondered is if having the inpage achor would confuse the SERPS because they would be linking with the same keyword. My worry is that by increasing userbility of the article by doing this I also confuse them SERPS First I tell them that this section on my page talk about keyword 1. Then from in that article i tell them that a different page entirely is about the same keyword. Would linking like this confuse SERPS or are inpage anchor links looked upon and dealt with differently?0 -

Hi All, I have at least 2 website that have opt-in form that isn't visible all the time (cookie related). Also, the thank you message will appear (obviously) only after signing in. Here how it looks like: Sign up to receive exclusive updates and special offers Congratulations on joining our email list!

You will be the first to know about exciting news, red carpet updates, special offers, and much more. There seems to be a problem with a signup. Please try again later. What do you think? It may penalize my website or do you find it legit?0 -
Do authority brand (business name) anchor text links still drive SEO rankings?
i have a question about links....if you get a link from a really good authority e.g. bbc.co.uk - website but the anchor text for that link is only your business name e.g Moz and not a chosen SEO keyword target..do you still stand to gain in terms of your overall SEO rankings?

Multiple sites linking back with pornographic anchor text
I discovered a while ago that we had quite a number of links pointing back to one of our customer's websites. The anchor text of these links contain porn that is extremely bad. These links are originating from forums that seems to link between themselves and then throw my customers web address in there at the same time. Any thoughts on this? I'm seriously worried that this may negatively affect the site.
