Is it better for seo to accommodate articles of more than 400+ words by creating new pages on a site or is it best to blog them.

From a SEO perspective, content is content. Whether you present that content in a blog, a web page, a forum post, a Q&A response does not matter.
What does matter is:

the quality of the website platform. Is it crawlable? Does the site appear correctly on various devices (ipad, smartphone, etc)? Does the site appear correctly in various browsers? Is the site user friendly? etc.

the quality of the content

the authority of the site and the relevancy of the content to the site
-
how well the article is promoted
The above are the major factors involved although there are others.

Good Morning, I was recently approached by an influencer in my industry who says that they noticed the quality of the content on my website's blog and they want to know if i would like to write an article for them to publish on their blog. The article will mention my products and how they would be helpful to the readers of this particular blog. Wordpress Old Articles date - Update or Not
Hey there! Been reading around and I believe that there isn't a perfect answer to this question, but I surely want to know your opinion. It's a fact that google likes new content but also updated content, so whats your position concerning the wordpress articles. Meaning, when I decide to update articles from 2011 on its content, should I also update the date? If I make a search and an article from 2011 will be shown, its unlikely that I will click on it... So that you can understand my point.

How to Handle SEO for Daily and Weekly Market Updates
I have a market news and education site focused on the bond market. Each day we have an end of day market wrapup piece. We also have several weekly pieces as well as pieces that come out once a month. My question is how should I handle these from an SEO standpoint? When someone searches for "bond market update" for example I want my latest piece to show up in the results. Similarly when someone searches for "savings bond interest rate forecast" I would also like the report for that month to be the one that they find. Handling duplicate content in Blogs
Many wordpress themes like mine have a homepage where the last 3 to 4 posts are displayed on the frontpage. Each post also has its own url where the post are shown seperately. How do I avoid beeing seen as duplicate content by Google?

How to use articles effectively in a blog.
I wanted to start a blog so I could get some longer tail search term results. I am a knowledge expert in my area but am very busy as an entrepreneur so I had been putting it off for some time. It occurred to me that I might be able to outsource the article writing and I have started doing that. I have either come up with or have approved the topics. I am a very critical editor and demand high quality writing. The articles are all original. We are proofreading everything to make sure the articles are of high quality and inform readers about the subject. I plan to only put external links in the articles that link out to the sources for the information that was used to write the articles. We are also using pictures info graphics and video where possible. I plan to close the comments because, while we have had a website for some time and get some visitors (2500 per month) we are new to blogging and do not have a following that would post comments. My questions is this.......will these be viewed negatively by Google? I think this will be good content but I don't want to do anything to negatively affect us.

Old articles in a blog
Hi, I would like to know your opinion about old article obsolete in a blog. Do you think it's preferable to totally delete them from Wordpress CMS? Considering the fact that Panda update measures "Bouncing Rate", "Time on site", and all that? Thanks for your opinion and advice! (Sorry if my english is not perfect, 2nd language 😉 )
